Very responsive when it came to touring and application process and are super responsive with any of my questions and concerns upon move In.

Sometimes they're a little disorganized, but they've always worked with everything we've needed for almost four years. They have also make sure every single little thing that i've asked for or that the house needed be taken care of. Everything was taken care of promptly and appropriately. GPM has always been willing to work with us, kind and prompt to fix anything that was wrong.
I feel like after almost 4 years, I can give them a five star review because I'm still here and I have no complaints.

Conditions are horrible. See photos. Note the unsafe handrail. Garbage. Lack of landscape maintenance. Etc. Stopped to see family unloaded our car came back out and our vehicle was being towed all within less than an hour. No warning. There was no parking available when we arrived. Tried calling Alexander Wells who was the person who called the tow company and we are still waiting a return call. $272.50 tow bill within 30 minutes is absurd. Sad when rent is high things aren’t be taken care of and visitors get treated like this. Thanks for being so professional.

This is in response to the owners response. 1. You have never towed people parking in the same location that we were in. We have visited many times per year for more than 5 years. 2. The reason you have trespassers at all is because the building and surrounding area in NOT SECURE. People walk by and rummage through your garage and dump it everywhere. You have been made aware of this issue on a regular basis. 3. As of this date you have still not addressed the cut off fire escape which was brought to your attention by the fire Marshall. Instead of trying to save face with this review maybe take time to come up with a solution. Your generic response to this review is doing nothing to make this a safe or desirable place to live.

We were renting through them for about 8 months. We didn't even make it through our year lease because of unsafe living conditions that were basically disregarded. When we moved in I always thought there was a mildew smell but I didn't think too much of it. Well turns out the apartment was black mold infested. All of the Bedroom wall corners, every window ceil even including my slider door, completely molded. We first discovered the mold in December- Now in March still has mold. When I had moved my bed there was mold behind the whole wall and at that point I was missing work due to headaches/sore throat and a cough that were all symptoms of living in poor conditions (mold/mildew)

The maintenance came through a few times to see it but everytime they were rude and disregarded it like it wasn't a big deal. Maintenance and most of the employees through this management don't speak english very well and are hard to deal with.

10/10 don't recommend this property management to rent through. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

I definitely Ray Gunther property Management five stars. And this is why they are helpful they answer your questions pretty much right away very friendly when they showed me the apartments they moved me in really fast. And they give you updates on the how to weatherize your apartment so you don't get freezing pipes all around just great glad to be part of their clientele. Thank you Gunther's two thumbs up for me
