Listed our home with Jed Wright. The agent was clearly under the influence and going through alcohol withdrawals. Bloodshot eyes, shaking, sweating and consistently feeling under the weather. Jed would schedule open houses and put them off on another agent or not show up at ALL! After a couple weeks of this, we immediately canceled our listing. I expressed my concerns with the office who didn’t seem at all bothered by it. Don’t EVER list with Mr. Wright! You’ll be in the WRONG!

My wife and I used Andrea allen frans and what a nightmare!!!! While I'm quite positive she is not a direct reflection of this entire office I really want others to know not to use her. She over priced my house by $40,000 when she listed it and it took 3 months to sell. We had to rescind on the offer of the house we wanted to buy then she talked me in to giving the builder the appraisal I payed almost $800.00 for and said she would make it up to me. SUPRISE she never did. We asked for new listings she sent my wife 4 that were exactly what we didnt want and said there was nothing out there my wife found our brand new beautiful home on her own when it came time to close we signed the papers and SUPRISE again we never got a walk through. When I called Andrea she said I already closed there nothing I can do for you. I would never recommend this agent to anyone ever. It seems to me she only cares about the money and not the welfare of her clients.
