When I experienced a flood in my kitchen, I immediately called Paul Davis Restoration, and they came out right away to help. From the start, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate during what was a very stressful time.

Despite the challenges of dealing with lender-placed insurance (which has been a nightmare), the Paul Davis team has shown remarkable patience and kindness while working with both the insurance company and me. Their commitment to excellent service never wavered. They consistently monitored moisture levels, ensuring that everything was thoroughly checked and properly handled.

What truly impressed me was the level of care they took with my home and belongings. They handled everything from start to finish, including carefully boxing up all of my personal items. Every worker who came to my home was not only skilled and efficient but also kind and respectful, which made a difficult situation so much more manageable.

I cannot recommend Paul Davis Restoration highly enough! Their prompt response, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. If you’re ever in need of restoration services, they are the team to call—you won’t be disappointed!

Paul Davis has an Amazing Pack Out Team and Storage Unit Inventory Software! In a Flood Disaster, you are grateful and blessed for what did not get destroyed like Irreplaceable Keepsakes & Memorial Items, The Pack Out Team took such care of our Loved One’s Ashes and Urns to carefully double wrap and with compassion protect them securely in one box labeled Memorial, also with our 2 Dog’s Ashes we lost last year of 14 years, almost 15 years. The team, Kayla, Johnathan, Sarah, Amy, Verde, Tamara, and Rachel were so Amazing that I would recommend Paul Davis for that reason alone! Kayla stayed late and called in more team members to get our items packed as quickly as possible so the demo team could take over, which is no small task when your packing a lifetime of items that was downsized to fit into a our condo! Also I my husband’s baseball uniform got packed for storage but needed to stay to go with us and Kayla was able to locate exactly what box it was in quickly and brought it to us right away! Kayla went above and beyond with Excellent Customer Service, as well as her Entire Team! For example, when I needed to rest the team moved forward with the living room, dining room, and kitchen, without disturbing me so I could rest. I really Appreciated that! They carefully listened to what needed to go get stored away and what we need to stay while displaced from our home!

The entire crew: Tamara, Amy, Racheal, Belicia, Kyle, Sara and Kendrick were amazing during the pack out/in and clean up. They were very respectful of the property, efficient and friendly. Kayla and her crew are amazing. We ended up needing way more time to get everything assessed and they were very accommodating. A shout out to Amy for going above and beyond packing and cleaning our stuff. She and Kendrick had to work a whole extra day to get it all done. Thank you all.

I cannot tell you how deeply I appreciate the Paul Davis Restoration of Tacoma team, especially Jeff!!
From the start, Jeff treated me with genuine care and kindness. He made sure that everything was going smoothly, and worked really hard to communicate with his team and with me. He also made sure that no part of the job was left undone, and made sure to get everything fixed that might be an issue. He both respected and put my needs first, in this process, which is not a usual experience for me. I am used to having to repeatedly ask people to please respect what I need in my home. This was not the case with Jeff, and his effort and care stood out.
I also work a LOT, and Jeff never once made me feel like I had to put aside my work or other responsibilities to handle something. He worked to make sure I felt as little stress as possible.
The whole team was really kind, and I enjoyed talking with them as people. 😊 I seriously cannot recommend this company enough.

Absolutely stellar experience with Jeff from Paul Davis. He came out the same day we made our request and evaluated the attic for mold, showed us photos and gave us all the information we needed. He was absolutely stellar and I will be recommending Jeff and Paul Davis of Tacoma to anyone needing restoration work after flooding, fire or other unexpected damage. Jeff says he treats everyone like they’re his grandma, and after my experience with him today, I believe it!

Paul Davis of Tacoma rebuilt our fire damaged home in the time frame they promised and fixed issues during construction to our requests 100% of the time. The project manager Karla and her staff are super people with great coordination and communication skills. Excellent service by Jason from Paul Davis Restoration; he came out short notice to resolve an issue for our home on the market. Because of him our sale went smoothly!
