Wonderful experience. Highly recommend for carpet cleaning. Very communicative and accommodating while scheduling. Joe, the tech, was incredible. He even took the garbage out for my elderly father. Offered to help me move light furniture. Very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I will definitely use Crystal Carpet Care again when needed!

I ruined my carpet by shampooing myself. Everytime it gets wet, it turns yellow/orange as it dries. I told them about my issues and for the first time since there was NO yellowing as it dried. He was also able to the stains, that I thought would be impossible to get out, where the dogs like to lay around our couch. We are SUPER happy. 🤗

Jackie & Joe are always very professional and accommodating. After a week on vacation & dog sitter looking in on the pouches, we came home to a few messes the dogs left for us. Called Jackie, she had Joe slotted into clean carpets next day. Recommend this team to anyone looking for a new carpet service. Always delivers! My go to carpet cleaners!

So Grateful for this amazing family owned and operated carpet cleaning service! Brad and wife are simply the best! We had them out for our most recent steam cleaning at Deer Ridge Memory Care in South Hill Puyallup. Worth every penny. The team arrived early and got right to work. They have such an outstanding service and our residents, families and staff are so thankful. Smells like a brand new building. Special thanks to Ben, Bruce, Tony and Moen for your hard work.
