I lived here for a year it’s a safe clean area is quite the neighborhood is great the neighbors are nice most of them are older and stick to themselves the units are nice and fresh if anything broken it was fixed within a week Matthew is nice and responds very fast the maintenance guy is nice the landscaping at this property is really good everyone puts work into it and it looks amazing great management over all really good !

I lived at Rainier Meadows for 2 years and I have recently moved out. When I received my security deposit, I was charged $260.00 for "touch up cleaning, windows". This was after I did a walk through with the resident manager, Matthew, who said there was only some dirt in the sliding glass window track. I can tell you that I left that unit cleaner than when I moved into it (the bathtub was black with grime they couldn't get out so I showered with sandals on until they sprayed it with a new coating). While $260.00 isn't a huge amount of money, it's really the principle. I spoke with Matthew about this and was told he would look into it and call me back. That was 4 days ago and I've heard nothing. If you decide to live here, take photos of EVERYTHING and keep them until you move out. I paid my rent on the 1st of every month, and I took excellent care of their property when I resided there. This is just a money grab on their part.

if anything broken it was fixed within a week.Matthew is nice and understanding manager the maintenance guy is nice the landscaping at this property is really good everyone puts work into it and it looks amazing great management over all really good ! Highly recommend this property.

I don’t live here but I was sub contracted through PSE to swap out thermostats in units. And I have never seen another place that hasn’t had any dog poop anywhere this is the first. The newly renovated units are nice and the tenants I met were very friendly. Management is nice and keeps the place clean.

Did a thermostat install for PSE here and the manager was excellent. The apartment grounds and grass themselves were the cleanest I have ever seen on one of these jobs. Nary a dog poop to be found. Just really top notch all around.

Rainier Medow offers a quite, clean, and well maintained country like setting close to the YMCA and stores to fill your daily needs. The Rainier Medow management and maintenance team are truly amazing from the touring of the property to the final move out inspection and everything in between. I refer anyone I know moving to Sumner to check the availability for Rainier Medow Apartments. A wonderful place to call home.

I have lived here for just over 3 years now and must say that the property management team has been outstanding. If anything is needed from them they will go out of there way to make sure the property and tenants are comfortable with there living space.
