In this case, those "too good to be true" mailed out offers turned out to be true! Glad I took a chance on these guys. Andrew and Amin were both great to work with. We were able to sell our home for more than expected with minimal fuss and a flexible timeline to allow us the time needed to find our next home. Great experience, would work with again.

Amin has been keeping in touch with me for a couple of years now and I finally was ready to consider making a move. Needless to say the team was able to give me an offer I couldn't refuse. We sold our property to Goose (just closed) and wanted to chime in here. We spoke to a lot of agents from Windermere saying they work with builders and we’re very disappointed, all of them over promised and it seemed very shady. We got a letter from Goose, price was stated in the letter and they actually came through on the first go around. The people we worked with were honest and direct which we found surprising for a developer. Other people complaining about the letters can just throw them away, nobody at their office forced themselves on us. The price was great and the process was very easy.

Should change their name to Badger Development because of the tons of paper they waste badgering home owners with low purchase offers.
Should understand when there is no reply, the property owner is not likely to change their mind through persistent badgering.
