I used Homeguide Northwest (Tracie & Ryan) to list my deceased father's house. Their assistance in staging & coaching me in preparation helped it sell in less than a week (in the beginning of December, no less!) There were definitely some glitches & setbacks on the part of the house itself & buyers, but the confidence they inspired & options to make it through to the end as quickly as possible made it go great both for me & the buyers. They are seasoned pro's who also know how to play hardball if needed, while being fair & ethical. Great, prompt communication also. I highly recommend them.

Hello , by far Ryan Herrera one of the best people I had work with we were looking for a house with,large yard and not too long later he found,the house on over an Acer of land beautiful every day pass by we and the kids enjoy,the house and the surrounding nature , Ryan was on top of it we got the house 15k less than the asking price , because of his hard work he took care of everything from,beginning to the key ,I'm strongly recommend anyone's to use his service ,great guy to work with .
