Jenn helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in December'22. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to requirements for the VA Loan. When viewing homes, Jenn does not make you feel like you're interacting with a sleazy sales person, but rather a true genuine professional. Jenn also will only ever refer contacts who she works well with and who are also genuine. Her relationship also doesn't end at the closing of the home. We had an issue arise a couple weeks after the closing and she had our backs. Jenn was in contact right away with the seller's agent and worked to get the issue resolved. Jenn truly is amazing!

Use Jenn as your realtor! She’s amazing!! We are a military family and contacted Jenn before we moved to our next duty station in Washington. Buying a home in WA from NE during the crazy housing market was daunting at first until we found Jenn. She was proactive with our requests in a home and compiled a great ongoing lists of homes on the market. We visited WA for about 2 weeks to see some of our favorites in person. We looked at so many houses and ended up not going with any of them while visiting. The day we left back to NE a house came on the market that we fell in love with. She quickly made arrangements to have a virtual walk through of the home set up. We decided to put in an offer and had some stiff competition but ultimately we got the house! Jenn was amazing! I am crazy organized, I need all my ducks in a row and all sorts of answers in order to make a decisions and Jenn was always on top of it! I really appreciate this is a realtor. We have done this process multiple times due to being military and this was beyond the best experience.

So many realtors just give you houses to look at, but Jenn went above and beyond. She heard us, she informed us, she guided us with knowledge on the area, parks, commute answers and anything relative to our decision. She was always just a phone call away and never treated us like she was too busy to answer my million questions. It was nice to finally be heard by a realtor on what WE needed and be shown houses that reflected that!!

Despite a million hiccups in the road on this process she got us through all of them. Highly recommend!!
