Resident going on 2 years, happy. The management is very helpful and responds quickly to questions/concerns. Appreciate the open communication, Kind as well. The maintenance team is great, they respond quickly to concerns friendly and helpful. The apartment grounds / buildings are maintained well kept. property is clean quiet and safe, neighbors are friendly. Great area to walk dogs.

I moved to Washington Court about a week ago, I never check the place out in person so I had some trouble processing my application. I had to finalize everything at the last minute, just a day before my move-in which was quite stressful. However, Lacey made the entire process smooth, assisting me every step of the way and even following up the next day when she wasn’t working. Her assistant truly made a difference during a tough time, especially after a long drive from another state. I never forget that experience and thank you so much for assisting me with all of moving and make sure I get what I need. It’s only been a week around this community. People are also very nice and maintenance team are also very helpful. I’m really happy about moving into this complex. Lacey, you definitely made my day! Thank you again.

Loved this place! It was quiet, safe, well-maintained and very conveniently located. I frequently walked over to Fred Meyer, Starbucks and Mud Bay with my pup. Neighbors were polite and friendly and studio was more spacious and beautiful than I expected. Only left because I moved out of state, lived there May-Sept 2021. I remember wishing to see nice inside pictures before I moved in so I’m adding my own so you can get a feel for the space and how furniture might fit.

Lacey has been a great asset to Washington Court..
We have a great office staff and maintenance staff. They are very responsive when we request a repair and take care of things quickly. The email communications are professional, courteous and leave you feeling like a valued member of our community.

I want to love this place but I don’t. There are so many issues that need to be fixed we have problems with our washer and has never been fixed despite countless number of requests. When we moved in the screen door was already previously broken but were told we would have to make a request to fix it instead of taking responsibility for it. There are cracks everywhere and paint splatters on floors any other things. Paint chips and paint peeling. Management does not seem to care and as much as they like to say it’s reasonably priced it’s not because the price goes up without problems being fixed. The only reason why we stay is we like how quiet it is and it’s in the right area of where we need to be. I think it has potential to be a really great place but it’s not quite there.

It's been a very good experience so far. Maintenance crews are timely and fix reported issues the same day. The ground are kept in supreme order. Front office is very responsive to questions and emails.

My husband and I have lived in a studio apartment here for about four months and we love it! Nice area, nice neighbors, everything in our unit is brand new, and management is on site and very quick to respond to questions or complaints. The unit is also a nice size for a studio. It is larger than the last one bedroom apartment we were in and the tall ceilings make it feel even more spacious. Also, it’s not a typical studio because the bedroom is a separate room with a sliding door. The only problems I can think of are that sometimes people from the Fred Meyer next to the complex try to hop the fence to cut through the parking lot to the street and that the finish on the cabinets next to the oven is beginning to peel off from the heat. Fortunately, management is working on getting the cabinets fixed. Overall, it’s a great place for a decent cost.

The apartment I moved into looks like someone moved out the day before. The carpet is torn and dingy and looks like it has been here since the apartment was built. The washer was FULL of mildew. The dryer didn't work at all while i lived there regardless of the amount of work orders i put in, the guys just kept telling me they didnt have the budget to fix or replace it. The bathroom walls had the previous persons hair ALL OVER. The toilet had urine on, in and around it. I have vaulted ceilings and there were cobwebs in ever corner. There were clearly lots of holes in the wall and maintenance didnt care to blend it when repaired its just a bunch of uneven discolored patches. I had ants swarming the kitchen before i even moved anything in. The whole apartment was just nasty and not worked on properly if at all!!! You only get one parking spot and if you have more than one vehicle or any guests they have to park a block away on the street.
Definitely not worth what they charge at all!!! You're better off living in the ghetto for cheaper HONESTLY.
