Very down to earth, she has an amazing personality and an awesome sense of humor. Does not make you feel like you have to settle. Will go out of her way to find the home of your dreams. Will never pressure you or make you feel like you have to settle for anything less then the home of your dreams. My wife and I had the the realtors that night mares are made of and were ready to move the hills and move from campsite to campsite when Kathy called because I hit.the wrong button on a website.
