We have been renting from RMC ever since our previous rental company had sold out. They immediately converted our $850 a month apartment to 1400 a month with a cheap remodel. Having personally contracted work through them I found it extremely hard to get paid while they were more than adamant to collect rent. I unfortunately still rent a home from a very nice couple who for some reason feel obligated to continue to use RMC for service. Let me add that in the two years that I have rented here i have fixed all the problems with the residents.
Now they are requiring me to spend extra funds to pay rent through other means then the way I have paid for years due to what I believe is just plain laziness too drive and do a bit of banking. I will continue at this point to sent my rent through the trusted mail service and they can do their job processing legitimate payment.

My husband and I rented from RMC for 5 years. Maranda was responsive and always willing to help with any issue we were having. When we moved, I was worried about not getting our security deposit back, but we got it all (minus the carpet cleaning fee, which was in the lease agreement). We never had any problems with them.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are so unorganized all the time and there is never anyone working there. We had an ant problem and reported it, they claimed they came out and sprayed but we still had ants. Our dishwasher never worked, we submitted a matience request and somehow it was "magically" dismissed. We never recieved service on our dishwasher. We moved out and they still haven't sent our securirty deposit back or any letter- its been way over 14 days. These people don't know what they are doing and only care about getting money. If you decide to rent from them, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone or any questions answered.

Thieves!!!!!!! Kiss your deposit goodbye and good luck getting ahold of anyone! If you are renting now none of the cleaning at the end of your lease will matter so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I feel sorry for the hard working people who rent from them.

I have only had to deal with them for about 3 months now and have had the worst time getting a hold if any of the people in the office. The Better Business Bureau should shut them down. The 5 star reviews are wrote by employees to off set the 1 star reviews. Bull Crap!

What a CRIME FAMILY THAT TREATS THE ELDERLY AS IF THEY DIDNT MATTERED AT ALL TO JUST TAKE THEIR MONEYS AND THEN KILL THEM WITH THE HOUSE CONTAMINATION OF CANCER CAUSING STAGNET AIR THAT THEY SAY JUST RUN THE BATHROOM FAN TO CLEAN THE AIR FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE FOR 12 hours AND YOU WILL BE JUST FINE AND THE SMELL OF DEAD RATS THAT WILL GO AWAY WHEN IT GETS COLD AGAIN AND THE SCRATCHING IN THE WALLS THATS THE RATS BEFORE THEY DIE AND THE FRESH PAINT THATS COVERING THE MOLD THAT WILL WORK FOR AWHILE AND THE LEAKING ROOF IN THE WINTER TIME BUT THAT ONLY HAPPENS IN THE WINTER TIME AND THE BREAKER BOX THAT YOU CANT GET TO BECAUSE THE REFER IS IN THE WAY ALL YOU DO IS PUSH AND PULL AND WIGGEL IT OUT THE 3 feet SO YOU CAN EITHER TURN ON OR OFF OH AND Mr GEORGE HAMILTON WHO HAD TO MOVE OUT BECAUSE THE HOUSE WAS MAKING HIM SICK SO SICK IT PUT HIM IN THE HOSPITAL MANY OF TIMES BEFORE HE ENDED UP IN ASSISSED LIVING AT EVERETT PLAZA!!!!!! SO BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL COMPANY YOU JUST MIGHT DIE LAUGHING AND THATS NOT A JOKE
