I came to Keller Williams Puyallup after working at a small independent brokerage for 13 years. I have been at Keller Williams Puyallup for over 6 years now.

I have been a real estate broker now for nearly 5 years, all of it at the KW Puyallup office. Over the years, across the country I have bought 10 homes and sold 9 of those. About 1/2 of those were transactions with Keller Williams. When I decided to retire and get my real estate license, it seemed like I was coming home. Puyallup KW helped me buy my current home in Graham nearly 15 years ago. It is like being part of a loving family. I am deeply involved in the coaching and teaching at Puyallup branch and that is what I love most about this group. It is the culture of learning, loving and succeeding together that keeps me here.

From day one I was connected with an Awesome Coach, Mr. Dan Haeg, who gave me the breakdown of the pathway that would lead to successful Real Estate Career. I was given numerous opportunities for free indepth training by Top Realtors in my office. I was able to also Interview the Top Agents, who took time out of there busy day to meet with am absolute novice Realtor and give their advice on how to succeed. Our realtor BLOCKED me on Facebook after the sale was completed. Thanks Christopher Floyd!! Maybe he's mad I reported him for all the shady things he did. Oh also we love the house. We will have to redo the DIY pluming job you let the sellers breach the contract on but other than that it's great. Thanks for not even asking how things are going or showing up when we got the keys. Better believe when we sell we will use another agency. I've posted about you on multiple home buying pages now on Facebook and other realtors even say what you did was shady. Unbelievable.

Jenn is the worst agent I've ever dealt with. She lied about an off market property and then told me I was a horrible person for asking 5x about it before refusing to work with her. Then she got extremely disrespectful (I have messages) when told her I'm done with her.

Dylan Ursua did excellent work. My buying process was extremely complicated caused by my side and the mortgage company made things very complicated and last moment problems showed up. Dylan worked things out. He worked hard followed up very often communicated very well with every side. It is a long story but he can deserve more than 5 stars. He also put very smart amount for the appraisal.
