I am not sure if I will get approved but Sonia is amazing. I went to the office for a rental application, still grieving the loss of a loved one , bearly able to remember simple information for my application form but Sonia was very kind , patient and helpful through the entire process . I'm impressed by the great customer service experience she offered.

Wonderful service, I got approved and scheduled the move in in a fast and easy way!!! Sonia the property manager is friendly, very thorough, and works with you to make it happen!!! It's a wonderful place to live.

We are looking to to move to Marysville, and came across this community and we immediately fell in love! It’s clean and quiet. We inquired within the office and got to know the AWESOME manager, Sonia. She made us feel so comfortable and was patient with us, and answered every single question we had. Sonia Is Sooo Amazing and is such blessing to not only me and my roommate but I also referred my friend and his mom an they applied last night an they came in the next day and we went an got there proof of income and they instantly got approved🫶🥳🧡 I just can't say enough of how amazing she is and how bad ass she is at her job! She really does care alot about her customers and works with them tremendously the best she can and some! The list of all the stuff she does to help u get approved is pretty huge and never have I seen or have I personally gotten this great of customer service specially when it comes to getting into a place but if I could rate this more then 5 🌟 I would because she is just beyond amazing and genuinely cares for her customers I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE or applying here cuz she really is Amazing!! Cuz as I'm still sitting here waiting for my friends to finish there paperwork they already got approved an is moving in before I am so that right there shows just how amazing she is! The only reason there moving in first is cuz my apartments still getting remodel an getting brand new carpet paint an flooring done so we're super excited about that as well! So if your looking for a place an they got available places THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! FORSURE!!!

I moved here last March, never had any problems with the neighbors. Everyone keeps to themselves here, which is great! Sonia is the property manager here, she is great and always willing to work with us with times when we are struggling. She definitely puts the tenants first and is always responding back with a message or call back for anything we need regardings our needs here when is needed. I recommend this beautiful stay here!
