The office is never open.
Won't give you a parking pass you pay for. Will give you a fine for not having the pass. Can not have a ring camera due to screens covering the only way we are aloud to mount camera.
Constant construction going on.
Rude maintenance men.
Absolutely no security other than fining tenants.
Vehicles broken into.
Packages stolen. Property management doesn't care.
We get fined for a ring camera.
No response to voicmails or emails.
I feel more like a prisoner than a safe resident.

have called about ada issues for 3 yrs tom gish jr did nothing called about illegally park cars tom gish did nothing called mutiply times about sturctutes that violite everett municiple codes tom gish has done nothing called about trash can voilations tom has done nothing only way anything gets done is if u involved the police city and county officails as port gardener collects money and does nothing attached are shed that voilate municple codes as they are with in 10 feet of main dwelling or 5 feet of prop line and logo commerical vehicails and hoa say all commerical vehicles or prohibited and no parking sign the the hoa allow to get overgrown so the sheriffs wont enforce the parking rules. the property mangament company also allow car to block and park within 15 feet of fire hyrdarants wheres is illegal in the state of washington as it is in most states

They have an 8 hour visitor parking policy. So for example if you sleep at your partners condo, get 8 hours of sleep, you are in violation of their parking policy so the can and will tow you. Most visitor unfriendly policy I've ever heard of.

Furthermore Shean Nasin is one of the most inept and malicious fools I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. When I inquired about the potential for flexibility he blocked me without a response. Then blatantly lied about several things before finally admiting that indeed I had been parked for less than 9 hours when I was towed.

This company lacks compassion, empathy, and frankly common sense.

Tom has gotten a lot of things done for our property. He knows who to hire. I've never had an issue with the contractors that he personally chose to work on our property. He's attentive at meetings.

worst Property management company ever!! Their rules apply to some people and not to others, i will not get into details based on what!!
I park my car across my unit to load and unload and they run to put a warning sign on my window, but as you see in the photos shared, multiple cars keep parking in the same spot for 4-5 hours and of course, they do nothing.

lots of bad reviews and im honestly shocked. I’ve rented from this company for the last decade and have no problems getting things I need taken care of-called about my sink leaking and had a knock at my door the next day. That’s one example. There’s several others. I try and not be needy and only call when It’s something i can’t fix and actually needs attention.. Shout out Eric Gish and the team for taking great care of me and mine.

My experience with Port Gardner Management can help you understand why they get 2.4 out of 5 on Google Review.

I have been living in a townhome managed by the company since I bought it in Oct 2020. Early 2022, I received coupons regarding the HOA dues of Feb and made the payment on 02/01/2022. However, Port Gardner mailed a letter to me in Dec 2022, telling me that I owe them 85ish bucks in Feb.

I have evidence supporting that I was told to pay that amount in Feb 2022, but Port Gardner can't prove that they didn't mail me the coupon in Feb 2022. I spoke to the manager of my townhome, named S.N., but he yelled at me, saying that "You are a complainer. You never received the coupon...".

Afterwards, I spoke to the Manager of Port Gardner Management, named T. G. Jr, but he sides with his staff and never addresses their staff's work ethics (NOT communicate in a timely manner) and rude manners to their customers (YELL to customers; suspect WITHOUT EVIDENCE).

This company never apologizes for their fault. I can't recount all issues of the company's management I have witnessed since 2020, but the most recent one is worth noting if you intend to use their service.

My neighbors who have lived here since it was built in 1995 speak highly of the former manager of our townhome but are unsatisfied with the service and approach of the current manager as well.
