A beautiful apartment complex and Caitlin the community manager is very efficient and attentive, she helped us a lot.

They kept our deposit, charged us for everything ever possible. We were informed that they are going to install new cabinets and that there is no need to do a precise cleaning, so we left everything in a good condition, carpets, floor and everything else. Still they charged us.
Cabana club has been closed for 2 years! Renters are not able to use community building as they keep their stuff inside.
Playground for kids is in a worse condition ever and needs replacement, and they make you pay more every 3 months or so.

Kailyn property manager has the nastiest attitude. Unprofessional, uncaring, rude, disrespectful, refused to help us touring a unit after seeing her on her phone she stated she was absolutely busy and unable to assist.

This is a great looking apartment community in University Place. Floor plans are very spacious that includes a full size washer & dryer! Love the location!
