I rented from October to January on a contract job for 3 months. They leased me to an apartment and when I moved it they told me that I had to stay in a downstairs apartment that was leased to someone else and they allowed some lady to stay in the apartment that was leased to me. They added all kinds of extra charges for portal fees, water and sewer, and security. They also charged for insurance on the building.... 425 square foot apartment door over $1325. The hot water was foggy... They never returned my calls but they will call u about money... They threatened to evict lots of people because we did not know how to pay or who. I was almost homeless waiting on these ppl too. I couldn't pay my rent because this portal asked specifically for an apartment number. If I'm in an apartment that has someone else's name on it that I never knew about and that my apartment was being occupied by another tenant that I do not know, I don't know what apartment number to put. Then they tried to charge me 500 for the apartment that I'm not even in. I couldn't wait to get out. I volunteered to leave. RPM IS TERRIBLE AND THEY WILL HARRASS U FOR MONEY THAT U SOME EVEN OWE. THEY TRIED TO CHANGE AND ADD MONEY TO OUR LEASE WITHOUT US KNOWING. SO NOT SIGN THAT ME LEASE IN THE MIDDLE OF UR CURRENT LEASE BECAUSE UR RENT WILL DOUBLE. I CAN SAY SO MUCH MORE BUT I WILL END HERE! DO NOT DEAL WITH RPM..... WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS

The company does not communicate at all! Does not provide invoices for work done on your place. Tenants vacated our place and did not receive a phone call. Did not receive any new rental agreement for new tenants. When I called to advise of the issues and speak to a supervisor, terry refuses after several request to be transferred to a supervisor. After I was transferred and spoke with Tammy about my concerns she then says address them with terry. The worst management group I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke to the owner of RPM thinking by addressing the issue we could gain some sort of ground and get a resolution. But sadly he took no responsibility for anything and was not willing to rectify nothing costing us thousands Of dollars in lost revenue. My observation is the People working for RPM reflect exactly who the owner is, they Do not care about you at ALL! Im not the only one with issues and your reviews reflect everything about your company. I wish we would have checked out your reviews first! Only advice stay clear of RPM and research a company before you hire.

This company is so unprofessional and disorganized. I’ve had a lease since the end of September and they told me one thing but I just received an email about a bill that is the opposite of what they told me at the beginning of my lease. My first few months were hectic and they kept messing up on my lease and my rental payment. If you can avoid renting through them I would advise it. They do not admit their mistakes and place everything on you. If you must rent through them only communicate through email so you have everything in writing.

This company will do what ever it take to keep your security deposit. Tammy Smith is extremely rude and unprofessional by all means. I have been waiting since May for receipts to show exactly what my money from my deposit went to.They will charge you for normal wear and tear. They will charge you for chipped paint or areas that needed to be painted Prior to moving in, i was charged for things that were broken before I moved into the house because it was definitely not a home. I would rate no stars but it’s not an option. I wish I could post pictures for you guys and gals just unprofessional don’t waste your money here

Do not buy property from these dirtbags. They take other peoples money and give nothing in return. When you call up there, the lady is rude for no reason. It's like she gets some rush from screwing people off.

RPM has been a very professional property manager for my last year here in LR. I live in a downtown apartment at a very affordable rate and realized after looking again at apartments that I couldn't beat this value!

They offer 24 emergency services as well as a full staff at the rental office that have been personable and professional. Living in a old building in a historic district has many hoops to overcome, and I feel they are very competent and do their job well!

Shout out to Terri and Jeremiah for making my last year wonderful at Caroline Row!

Please do not use this company. I recently signed a contract with them on a house and when I went in the house was full on roaches. So when I tried to get my money back I was told because I signed the contract I would still be held liable for the remainder of the contract. Terry Alexander knew that I was a single mom of 4 children but yet still was reluctant to make me a aware that the house was infested with roaches. This company is money hungry. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

A HANDFUL OF INCOMPETENTS!!!! Dealing with Terry Alexander, Tammy, Cindy and the rest of the decrepit managers is IRRITATING and STRESSFUL!
They make you go back-and-forth between them.
For instance (over the telephone) If you request a document, receipt or have inquires, etc.... for sure you will wait several days, even several weeks for the results of your request. They don't communicate with each other.
You may talk to Tammy, but she then sends you to Terry; Terry then sends you back to Tammy and then Tammy sends you again to Terry and/or Jeremy, etc, etc...
And, they have the nerve to use an arrogant tone and hung up the phone on you!! how dare you! Terry and McQuary.
Do not expect good service from this people.
DON'T SIGN ANY TYPE OF CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NEGLECT YOU.
