Kristin is the most knowledgeable, vibrant, caring and energetic realtor out there. When we first met Kristin we were greeted with the most beautiful smile and excited energy for the home she was hosting an open house at. We loved the home and had many questions that Kristin went right to work on. She did deep investigating, got in contact with the builders and came back with quick and extremely thorough answers to our questions. By the time we decided to put in an offer on the home, someone with a cash offer came in and bought the home. Without hesitation Kristin went to work to find our dream home. The home we found had good bones, but needed paint and some upgrades to make it our dream. Kristin helped us see our vision through and worked tirelessly with the sellers agent to negotiate and get to a happy agreement between us and the seller. Kristin was willing to travel over an hour to us on many occasions to look at homes and assist with buying our home.
