Ron was instrumental with the selling of our home. Extremely unprofessional. Walter Scamehorn is an absolutely disgruntled man and a con artist. All the reviews of people saying they were yelled at are so true. Stay away from Dove Realty for your own goodness sake. He has been sued by the WA state attorney General for a property tax fraud scheme and lost his court battle after pleading guilty. He had to pay 290k in restitution to his victims. Google his name and you can read all about it. Run!

Back in June 2018, my husband and I bought a house that was being sold by Brandley Givens (he also was the current owner) with Dove Realty. The house looked really nice and for the market, a seemingly good price as well. After closing we took our time moving in, because we had a place to stay we weren't in a rush. As I unpacked our kitchen and was washing our dishes by hand I realized the sink drain was leaking on both sides. This was odd because it had passed inspection. We knew the house had been "flipped" by Mr. Givens, so our realtor asked him who he had do the plumbing, that way we can call them to ask questions. Mr. Givens said nothing was ever done to the plumbing. Which was an unbelievable response considering he ripped out and replaced all cabinets and counter tops, that's a little hard to do without replacing a sink if you ask me. Wondering why he would lie about such a thing my realtor went back over the closing paperwork and found something that was over looked, he had claimed (on legal documents) he had done nothing to the house requiring a permit of any kind. Total lie! We have had the owner Mr. Givens bought this house from come view the house and since having them over found that there was an entire list of things Mr. Givens did in the house that required a permit. He did new plumbing and new electric for a dishwasher that wasn't in prior to Mr. Givens, three new sinks (that require permits if you plan to own/live less than a year), at least two new power outlets, and rewired lighting. Those are just the things that would have needed a permit. He also, set the dishwasher INTO the floor, so when I had a repair man out he couldn't get the dishwasher out, when I have to buy a new one I will have to budget for new flooring as well. This in it's self seems like a lot but the list could go on. This house was not the deal the selling price made it seem, it has costed my family a lot of time and money and will continue to do so. Like I said, buying a dishwasher alone will require new flooring. One more thing, there was a light that was found at inspection that wouldn't turn off. We asked Mr. Givens to have it repaired by a licensed electrician, he gave us papers from a general contractor stating they had done the work. After we found out that he lied about many things we called that place and found out they don't have any electrician who works for them!
Seeking legal action would have cost us a fortune and I found out that Dove Realty hired Mr. Givens and attorney! Not only was Dove realty made aware of what Mr. Givens has been doing (this is not his first "flip"), but they were willing to risk their business to protect him.

We were the sellers of a house that Brian Redman brought in the buyer. Everything went OK until closing when we realized that the contract was written at the incorrect agreed price. 'We trusted the agent and didn't read the contract and signed on Docu-Sign (our big mistake). When approached about the mistake on the closing documents, the agent became nasty and lied about the conversation we had regarding the agreed price. We asked to split the difference of the disputed amount , $1000 each. I contacted the broker, Walt Scamehorn, only to be shouted at and belittled. DO NOT do business with this real estate company. They are not trustworthy, nor professional.

We sold our home to a client of BRANDON NGUYEN and they were completely and totally unprofessional and inefficient the entire time. They sat on the appraisal for weeks without taking action, kept pushing back the closing date further and further, requested that my husband take out cabinets from the garage and dump them in exchange for money on their end and NEVER paid him. And when confronted, claimed they never made such agreement. Brandon played part as a translator for his clients but yet he LIED and claimed he was never even there for that conversation. Brandon, when confronted, began yelling at us over the phone, making up excuses and more lies about why his clients refuse to make the payment. Brandon is a LIAR, extremely unprofessional, and lacks complete and total integrity whatsoever. He definitely should not be trusted with any type of business or negotiations.

Terrible terrible experience. The backed out of sale the morning we were suppose to close on the house. I've given notice and started packing now I have NO to move into and my apartment has been rented. I'm devastated to say the least. We were given no reason why they backed out. The day we were to get the keys to our new home one month before our 1 year wedding anniversary. DOVE REALITY is a joke. QUANG PHAM a scam artist. Why would you play with people's lives like that
