Dale and Forrest know their stuff! The virtual classes are great, convenient and the communication through the schooling was very good. I just passed my exam today on my 2nd taking and ready to move forward. I will say there is a lot of knowledge to be learned for this exam, and for me personally, being the 1st time in a long time and having to learn 100% via textbook, it was challenging. But I stuck with what Dale and Forrest have told us on how to attack the reviewing for the exam and it paid off! I'm more of a hands on learner as opposed to retaining what I read, but understanding the concept instead of trying to memorize is much better. Thank you Dale and Forrest, now the doors of opportunity may open for me, I'm stoked

I was nervous about this class but it was a great experience. Dale is an awesome instructor! He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and keeps the class engaged. Despite the unexpected detour we encountered with the stay at home order, Dale came through like a champ and got us to the end. I feel completely prepared for the exam. If you are thinking about taking this course don’t hesitate to sign up for Dales class. You’ll be happy you did.

Dale is the most amazing teacher! If you are thinking about taking in person classes you should definitely take them here! Dale makes learning fun and truly cares if you pass your exam. I highly recommend Gateway school of Real Estate in University Place! (Its right next to Whole Foods ) the location is gorgeous and convenient! The atmosphere is welcoming and caring. You will not regret starting your real estate career learning from Dale!

This school definitely made all the difference for me. I'm a hands-on learner and although this class is now only online, it is nice to still sit face to face on the computer and be able to ask questions. Dale and Forrest are very patient, knowledgeable, and even manage to have fun. It helps keep it interesting and makes it more fun to learn. There is a lot to cover and it can feel overwhelming, but they do a great job of guiding you through it.

Gateway School of Real Estate is AMAZING! Classes are virtual, but Forrest and Dale (the instructors) are still very "hands-on". They take their time explaining the information and they take their time answering all your questions! I haven't taken my real estate test yet, but I feel confident and prepared to take this test! I highly recommend spending your money on this class/school! It's worth it! Thank you so much, Forrest & Dale!

Dale Shoemaker is an excellent instructor and supplies everything one needs to pass the WA real estate exam. I would recommend anyone to his classes. I am very glad to have had Dale as an instructor before taking the test I feel great about it and I am excited to get it out of the way. If you are wondering about taking this ten week course you cannot go wrong with Dale Shoemaker.

Initially I was researching an online class but I drove by Gateway's reader board each day and thought that being in a class would be more beneficial for me. And it was! Dale has the knowledge of the industry as well as the patience for teaching this class. He always helped the students maintain a positive outlook and confidence that you will understand the content. I passed the test (which was very hard) the first time! I would highly recommend Dale's class to anyone interested in real estate.
