Eleazar was fast, efficient and very helpful with our maintenance issues he arrived on time and completed job successfully he also gave some insightful advice on how to prevent future issues that may come forth!

I lived here for a year, and since John left as manager, I've had a very unpleasant experience, mostly with maintenance, and then management. When I moved out, it took them 2 months to send me my deposit back. They witheld almost $500 for things like "blind cleaning" and "unit cleaning." When I contacted the office, the temp manager said "almost everyone gets the $285 unit clean fee." As a former travel nurse, I have had several rentals over the last 3 years and never have I had any amount of my deposit witheld. Furthermore, the employee with whom I did the walkthrough did not indicate any of these things. My townhouse was spotless. Otherwise I would have done it myself before signing the walkthrough paperwork.
It's unfortunate because the location is awesome. Be forewarned there is no AC or parking for visitors, though.

This is our second time living in this place. It is a great community, can't beat the location. Yes the Kitchen is small, but for our family of 4 this place has been a home and allowed us to live in a safe and decent area close to great schools. The neighbors are great and this is one of the rare places I have seen that kids still play outside and ride bikes and enjoy being kids. Management is great. My only complaint is that they took down the Playground that was old and said it would be replaced last summer and nothing has happened. This was one of the features that most of the families loved about this place. It also once had a basketball hoop that was taken down and never replaced either. Not sure if this was on purpose but it was something that I have noticed. I would recommend living here if you have the opportunity it is a place I would highly recommend.

I have been a resident since 2019 and I have been loving every single moment! The manager John and his staff ensures his tenants are well taken care of and always responds speedily. The property is quiet, calm, and very friendly. If you’re a new resident, you will quickly become apart of Madrona community. The best community overall in regards to safety, school district, affordable rent, and friendly neighborhood. Thank you John and your staff for keeping this neighborhood clean and always up to date with any issues and concerns.

From the very beginning the manager, John, went out of his way to help me find my next home. He agreed to meet after business hours, since I work til 5pm. When the first apartment he showed me wasn’t right, he jumped in his car and had me follow to a second apartment community to show me larger townhomes. Then, when I had to move in earlier than expected, he redrew my lease to accommodate a move in 5 days earlier. AND he stayed after hours again so I could get there to sign and pick up my keys.
Every time I call he answers the phone… unlike where I currently live. I love my new apartment at Madrona Townhomes… Thank you John!!

Nice quiet community. Spacious townhome, lots of beautiful greenery around, maintainence requests addressed quickly, and it's within walking distance to Chambers Bay (my favorite part of living here!).

I have lived here since 2015, it is everything you could want in a home, blocks away from the bay water. Wilderness surrounding yet only blocks away from the essentials. Perfect combination of City & Country living

We live here now, this place needs a total renovation. Not happy at all Kitchen is super small. We can't wait to move out. Don't waste your money moving here!
