I am absolutely thrilled with my new home at Grand Ridge Apartments! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained everything is.

Love that it is brand new – the landscaping is immaculate, and the buildings themselves are modern and stylish. They've thought of everything I could possibly need, and the apartment itself is perfect.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jessica. She was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout my entire apartment search. Finding the right place can be stressful, but Jessica made the process so much easier. She listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit at Grand Ridge. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the difference.

I had previously written a scathing review due to the previous management company.
Since OMC took over everything has been easy going. They fixed my dryer within the first week (last management company took over 1.5 months to even reply to me). I should’ve fixed it a long time ago. Thank you.
Also the grounds are really clean now too.

Brand new apts with modern appliances. All electric. Only two bedrooms+ available. Rent is higher than average bc of location. Very close to Fred Meyer shopping center & Walmart.
