I purchased a home from Sager in May 2023 and would NEVER recommend purchasing from this builder. Although they collect HOA dues monthly they haven't emptied the waste in the dog run, nor replaced the doggie waste bags. Their practices are non-environmental friendly. For example they left the sprinkler running this summer at the model home for more than 3 days. Basic new home finishes like soft close doors are not included, and last but not least they rent homes that are unsold to people whom don’t take care of basics. I’ve had to report a neighbor (renter) multiple times for overfilling their trash, causing it to spill out and blow all over the community. Despite being told it was their “last warning” months ago this behavior has continued with no resolution and no response from Sager. I have to clean up my yard weekly because of someone else’s trash. It’s unsanitary and their lack of care is unacceptable. These tenants also park an excessive amount of cars on the street (6-8 cars) and Sager does nothing. I’d recommend looking for another builder whom takes pride in their work, the communities they build, and are responsive. Beware if you are considering purchasing from Sager… its been a horrible experience.

Bought a home from the original owner when the home was 2 years old. We are selling the house and it’s 8 years old now. Had the roof inspected at the time of sale by 2 different contractors and the roof has failed and needs to be replaced at 8 years old. Not to mention all sorts of electrical issues and poor craftsmanship inside the home. I would beware of buying one of these homes. The craftsmanship is terrible.

I’ve sold several of Sager’s homes in the past as well as worked with them for land acquisition, and their staff has always been professional and easy to work with; quality of craftmanship is good. My buyers still live in the homes that they purchased years ago and don’t plan to move for a long time!

Recently moved into a Sager family home. We love the home! The experience has been great with the warranties too. I had issues with the patio door and the fence within 2 months of moving in. However the contractors came out and fixed it after i made the request without any hassles. Hopefully the service stays great. It did take some time though!

We've been in our Sager home for a bit over a year now. Have been very satisfied with the quality of construction and finish details in our home. They were easy to work with during the building process, and quickly owned up to a mistake they had made, and rectified it quickly at great expense to their business. Have had one nagging warranty issue having to do with additional landscaping we purchased through them, but I'm confident they will take care of the issue. I would recommend this company, although I would recommend that you contract with your own landscaping company for outdoor work.
