Office staff is Grossly incompetent. I had problems with them on a consistent basis while I was a tenant. They implemented a parking registration to resolve an issue that my family had with illegal parking at the apartment complex in a way that did nothing but inconvenience my family.

Accidentally had a piece of mail delivered to my old apartment and communicating with the staff to have it retrieved was lectured and berated in front of my child. She acted like she was doing me a favor furnishing my mail to me. It was profoundly rude. It was profoundly unprofessional.

If you have to live here, try to avoid the office staff as much as possible.

My experience with Valley View has been most pleasant so far. I initially met with Nina who was very kind and helpful in showing me a unit. Since the showing i have been speaking with Gabriel who has been most helpful in every step along the way, very patient, kind and thorough! Signed my lease yesterday! The staff at Valley View are AWESOME!! Kindness and compassion goes a long way. AND they answer their phones and respond to calls and messages!!

There’s an ongoing heat wave, and this garbage apartment complex ran by soulless cretins is refusing to allow people to use window AC units to stay cool. You prefer that your residents, including seniors and children, suffer through this heatwave and the summer because you’re more concerned about keeping up appearances. Summer is just a few short months. Let people use their AC. Whether it’s a window unit or a floor unit. It’s cruel and inhumane to force people to suffer through heat just because of your stupid requirements.

Not everyone can afford a portable floor unit. Those often cost a lot more than window units. There’s a special place in the depths of hell for companies like these. Avoid at all costs.

I have nothing but good things to say about Nike the manager at Valley view apartments. I don’t rent from them however I own a company called Lake City Hauling and we have cleaned out multiple properties for them. Nike is always polite, friendly, courteous Professional and very positive. He is a joyful person to deal with. It is nice working with such a professional company.

Very Accommodating and excellent Communication between management and me. I had Issues with my unit and it was taken care of the next day. Location, parking and units are nice and have everything I need. My experience has been great so far.

I really enjoyed living here I'll admit that the managers changed frequently and I went to office with my concern about a specific kid lying in the road and always darting in front of car as a non resident and he knew exactly who it was and took action immediately. I have two friends that still live there and the only complaint that I heard is that you have to pay rent on line. Both my friends have lived there for over 6 years the complex must be doing something right

Rent is to high. When checking out the place. My husband and I came into the office and was handed a paper that said we would be charged 120 for utilities.
Only to find out they arent a flat rate place. We went to talk to them about it when we moved in about 2-3 months because our bill went from (1425 base) 1550 to about 1670. We showed them the paper and the manager told us that the paper we had was "only for office eyes". So how ever much water the whole building uses they split it between all of us. Drawers in kitchen started falling apart along with the glass shower door. The heaters also started coming off the walls. This place is not well put together. There are neighbors who will try to peek into your house as well. Already had 3 emails because of break ins and there are not enough parking spaces.

the apartment itself is great!updated and pretty well sized. the apartment manager does not care about anything else as long as you pay your rent. she is ride and if you bring a concern to her expect to be turned away and told your wrong.
shes unprofessional and rude
