Clean apartments. Friendly staff. Rented for 2 years and could not be happier. Management is quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Also, it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem with any other residents. The 2 bedroom townhouses are nice sized and spacious. Plenty of cupboard space as well. Would recommend these to anyone.

Apartments seemed decent enough. The communication from the company is terrible though. Trying to set up a tour was very hard and responses took forever. I eventually toured a couple units and paid an application fee to get put on a list. That was over 3 months ago. Never got a response back. They took my application fee and ran with it. Don't be trapped into throwing away the money unless you make sure they say they will send you a response, good or bad.

I've lived in the Country View Apartments for three years and it has been a wonderful experience for me. I haven't needed maintenance but a few times, and never anything major, but the response was on the same day. I absolutely love it here and have no intention of ever moving.

Stayed for one year and had no issues with the landlord or any of my neighbors. The landlords replaced anything that I thought needed to be replaced, in a timely fashion. Nice quiet area as well.
