rented from matt for 2 years. Had minimal problems. Price was fair for the property. Matt always responded right away. Not sure why review below is so negative? Matt are you rude to everyone else except us Haha.

Avoid these characters, including the son Matt Lindholm who also works for Bruner Realty. Lack of integrity, unethical, don't stand behind their word. Generally, just bush league.
