This was an unexpected sale due to a death in the family. Michelle Soter responded the same day as my call and went to see the house as well - on a Sunday! She was extremely knowledgeable about the probate process, homes in the area, and her sale price estimate was spot on! The house sold in 5 days (but had offers immediately!) Michelle took control, communicated consitantly throughout and this was by far the easiest part of this whole ordeal. My brother and I couldn't thank her enough for all her excellent help and support! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
