I had an incredible experience with Presidential homes! So much in fact I haven’t even gotten my keys yet and I’m writing a review. (I get them tomorrow) I was able to custom pick EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING that went into my house. They were such a pleasure to work with & they were open to all my ideas + last minute changes. I have a very particular style that is not typical for most homes & they totally made it happen without any questions. Brett the superintendent gave me his phone number so I could call if I had questions or needed anything. Anything I mentioned he had no problem doing. They even finished early and worked extra hard on my house so I could move right before I leave for vacation so I wouldn’t stress on my vacation. Kevin the broker for presidential homes always answered my phone calls, questions and was at the design meeting to give me suggestions on what he thought would work for the space. Some of his suggestions I didn’t even think of and they made a huge difference! This was also the first time I’ve ever bought a home & it was such a fun and exciting experience. I heard from other people building a home is a nightmare but that wasn’t the case for me in the slightest. I came to the house multiple times a week and Brett would always take time to show me new updates or progress the house made that week. I seriously cannot recommend this builder enough! They even have a APP you download and you get to communicate directly with the builders team to make changes, have questions answered and they even have a timeline as well. The app is VERY useful & has all your upgrades documented with cost and even when things get completed it goes green on the check list. It was so fun week by week watching things turn green! If you’re looking to buy a home 10000/10 recommend Presidential!!

The experience with Presidential Homes has been best in class! We are fortunate as this is our third new construction home, and working with Kevin, Brett, Jordan and the rest of the team at Presidential has blown the other builders out of the water. Our home is impeccable, the team is responsive and helpful, and we were given the opportunity to customize many aspects of the home that are off limits with national builders. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the finished product!

This company did a poor job on multiple areas of my home that I bought as a military member coming from Korea. There have been many documented issues from day one that Terry refuses to repair or fix saying it’s how something was cleaned or that a major installation issue was my fault and I didn’t mention it on their walk through so not their issue. They are unprofessional and will tell you they will help you with anything and then when you need help they basically tell you sorry not my problem. I wouldn’t ever recommend or buy from them. Because with in a year you will have a significant issue and they will tell you sorry not our problem. Poor business practice and extremely poor customer service.
