We had a wonderful experience working with Paul (Suprema Homes). From our very first conversation, he made us feel welcome and valued. What truly sets Suprema apart is not just their beautifully designed homes, but the way they build genuine, lasting relationships with potential homeowners.

Although we weren’t able to move forward with building through Suprema due to land restrictions beyond our control, Paul remained incredibly supportive, patient, and helpful throughout. I truly hope to build my dream home with Suprema Homes in the future.

Back in 2020 my husband and I sold our house and bought property in Shelton wa and planned on building a house. We found Suprema Homes after dealing with different home builders! We called and met up with Paul spring of 2021 we were invited into his lovely home and treated like friends we haven’t seen in years absolutely took us by surprise! We picked out our counter tops and cupboards and flooring with his wonderful wife’s help she was amazing!! It was like girls shopping had a blast. We left there and we ran into property issues that lasted over a year in a half. Paul was very supportive and patient with us during that whole ordeal.. I even started to feel guilty about making them wait for so long. Always a road block always had something else to do to move forward! But Paul would always call and check in with us. Almost every week to two weeks he would call. Finally got everything done with the county we were able to move forward! We started in December of 2023 we got the okay to move in on June 6th 2024! Every step of the house was right on time. Their independent contractors were amazing always respectful. If we had any issues with the progress Paul or Brandon were right there with us explaining or correcting the issue. Very rarely there was an issue! We waited 3 years for a house! Lived in a toy hauler with two kids. This house is perfect, beautiful and worth every minute we waited. Brandon and Paul you guys build beautiful homes and if we ever decide to build again your our #1 call! Thank you for everything you guys did!

I waited to write this review for several months after we received our occupancy permit so that it could be in the context of looking back on the build rather than just having completed it. After living in our new home for about four months I have to say my opinion of Suprema Homes has only gotten better. We chose the Big Sky floor plan and from the start we were impressed with what they had to offer verses several of the other build on your own land type builders. The proof was in the pudding so to speak as now we have been through the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough. From our first meeting with Paul to the last punch list item that Brendan made sure was done in a timely matter, all of their subcontractors were very professional and the quality of their work was top notch. This is coming from someone that spent their whole career in the union construction trades so I feel like I know a little about quality work when I see it. Thank you Paul, Brendan and the whole Suprema team, we couldn’t be happier.

My wife and I moved here two years ago and fell in love with the Carlyon Beach area. We were lucky enough to find Suprema Homes and started the build process. The building process was smooth and moved forward so quickly. The company offers many upgrades as well so you have the option of going high end or you can choose to stick to a budget and still enjoy a solid built home. Both Brenden and Paul were a delight to work!
We highly recommend Suprema Homes for your personal home builder if you want luxury and affordability. We are thrilled with our home!

We had the opportunity to meet Paul at the Sea-Tac Airport today. He was seated next to us and took a brief call from a potential client. We would never eavesdrop on a call and / or conversation, but he was within feet of us (he did not give nor did we hear any personal details). Whoever the potential client was they should consider themselves very lucky. Paul was extremely professional, informative, and real (to the point that we wanted to buy a home from him). Although our interaction with him was brief, we are certain Paul is a very honest person and gave us the impression that he is the gold standard in his chosen profession.

We were looking at other known build on your lot builders when we came across Suprema Homes and we are so glad that we did! From the website to the floor plans and prices they have to offer, we were impressed from the start and we have not been disappointed! Paul took all the time we needed to discuss the building process and options available to us and Brendan is always available to discuss any questions or concerns we have had along the way. The subcontractors have done a phenomenal job thus far and in a timely manner. Brendan and Paul were fantastic to work with, along with the crews that came out. Any questions or issues that arose were addressed in a timely manner.
The home itself is quality construction with many customizable aspects.
They even worked with me to add in my 1950's stove!
As a first time home builder they made the process very achievable and enjoyable. I would definitely use Suprema again.
