Jessica Turicik was our realtor and did we ever luck out!

My husband needed to sell his late father’s house and it just so happened that Jessica had an open house two doors down that I decided to go to — instead of getting to some necessary yard work, which I had planned.

I mentioned my husband’s situation to Jessica and she responded that the biggest estate-selling mistake is completely emptying out the house — because prospective buyers have difficulty envisioning a furnished home. Use the furniture and lovely possessions to help sell the house. (That piece of advice came at just the right time.)

Jessica also was knowledgeable that a condition report was unnecessary since my husband had never lived in the house — something cautioned more than once by the estate lawyer.

We probably spoke only for about two minutes, and I asked for her card. She told me to call and we could talk and there wouldn’t be any commitment. My husband and I met up with her and we felt we had been thoroughly informed on the market, the suggested selling price, and other things we needed to know. Even though Jessica mentioned there was no commitment and we were free to considering other real estate agents, we made up our mind then and there.

Things really started rolling.

Jessica was helpful in ways unimaginable. Not only is she unbelievably organized and has the ability to multi-task dealing with her different clients, phone calls, texts, and all that entails, she is also incredibly supportive and deals with all types of situations.
