I was quoted $500 for a residential appraisal by 2 different employees in this office. Then we were charged $1500. Craig told us he could help us avoid oaying capital gains taxes because he had an "MAI" Certification. This is false! My sister and I inherited our father's home. He told my sister I called the office and fired them. This is also false! I have the conversation recorded! Thinking $500 went in Craig's pocket and $500 went in the crooked lawyer's pocket. Dishonest, and BOTH of these idiots will be investigated soon. Can't wait! 😃
