We had a unique situation selling our home but finding a buyer who was willing to delay closing and be okay with a rent back situation while we waited for our new home to be built. Luke had the perfect strategy and we ended up with the best buyer for our situation and he got us top dollar for our home. Nick was so helpful initially showing us homes and then ultimately helping us find the best solution to our needs-building and helping us find our builder.
