High quality office space at fair to slightly below-market prices. Tons of parking! Decent location too; very close to The Corners and a quick drive to the Moorland corridor. Can't complain at all!

This location is fantastic. good freeway access, even during rush hour, golf courses not too far away, and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the immediate vicinity. Lease rates are reasonable as well.
