I have had a really great experience renting with KEH. I have lived in my unit for almost 4 years now and just renewed my lease again. The building is kept up well, the management is responsive and kind, and maintenance (I usually have Tom) is always timely and friendly (and my cats like him!).

KEH Rentals was fantastic! I communicated with Jen and Heather, the property managers; they were prompt, kind and overall great to work with. Maintenance was also great. Whenever there was an issue, Tom would be quick to respond and was so friendly. It was great to rent with a smaller business who could really deal with matters personally, helpfully and professionally. I would definitely sign again with them in the future.

I rented from KEH rentals for a little over a year. The balance between the privacy, as well as urgency when you file a maintenance request, is hard to match. Every person I've worked with, from management to maintenance, is friendly and helpful. They are also affordable and pet friendly. The only reason I moved was because I decided to move in with my partner! KEH rentals also worked with me to find a subleaser and made the transition nice and smooth. If you see a property you like, don't hesitate to take a tour! I would recommend KEH to my family and friends any day.

KEH Rentals not much to dislike, tenant screening, lease, document sharing, rent collection they have really impressed us with the service provided. From initial contact to final finding & approval of our apartment came in a very timely fashion, I cannot fault the service. All requests and questions have been responded to in a prompt manner and every part of Heathers service has been first class. her tenant support is fast and diligent they always get back to me & follow up. Having been here 3 years KEH is highly recommended.

Renting from KEH Rentals has been a great experience. The Owner and Property Managers are very caring individuals that keep their properties well maintained and are quick to address any issues. Their Handyman can fix anything and is timely in doing so. This is a very caring and responsible group of people.

I have been renting from KEH for 3 years and will continue with them for as long as I'm in Madison. I have many friends who rent from other companies and have to wait weeks to get issues addressed or to have maintenance done. By contrast, management at KEH always gets back to me within 1-2 business days. On the occasion that we have any issues (as all old properties do!), the maintenance man is there as soon as he can be, almost always within 24 hours. I genuinely feel like KEH values and respects their tenants, especially when you are respectful and reasonable yourself. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience living with KEH rentals. They were fast at responding to my maintenance orders, always friendly, and the quality of my apartment was great for being in an old building. They took pride in the building and it definitely showed. The online portal was super easy to use to pay rent and put maintenance orders or even general questions in. I would rent with them again!
