I moved to this apartment complex in 2019 and found the management to be subpar. However, things have significantly improved since 2020. Desi, the current manager, has made the complex extremely pet-friendly by providing conveniently placed plastic bags for easier pet waste cleanup. This has been particularly useful for me as I have a German Shepherd service dog.

I have lived there for nearly 4 years. The beginning was a terrible experience because the maintenance man was implying that I broken the refrigerator on the very 1st day of move in.It was replaced however. My next door neighbor has a German shepherd and defecate on the grass and they never pick her droppings up regardless the numerous times I gave complained.Also some sort of entitlement to go leashless is disturbing, regardless numerous times complaining.But all in all I have had a decent experience in the last year due to New management . They have their ducks in a row and will miss them hoping my next apartment community has the same professionalism.

I have lived here almost two years & so glad I moved here. Maintenance is very efficient, prompt & so nice. The office staff is fabulous & always helpful & kind. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

This complex is special compared to any other complex you have lived in! The staff are all professional, friendly, and hardworking. They go above and beyond expectations to ensure a sense of comfort and home, as well as community! It is clean, and well maintained to the best of their ability inside and out! Desi, Sharon, Destiny, and Seth are the magic that makes this place work! They work great as a team and you can feel that they enjoy their job. Communication is effective! I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Love these guys very much very helpful
Respectful nice they make my day anytime. Love attending to the activities they do we always have lots of fun with the family. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for having our place so clean. Destiny and Seth are awsome!

My family get complaints for my dog barking. But there people doing drugs and we can smells weed and more that stupid there are also residents ruing and jumping at 11 or 12 pm tehy dont do nothing and they are telling my to make the dog to stop barking

Maintenence will mark requests as completed but never show up to fix anything until a month or two later. Took a call to corperate so we could get our cooling fixed, that took a month. Dont live here. The price is good but definitely not worth it. Apartments arent clean, parking lot is always filthy, and the maintence crew is disrespectful.
