I don’t normally post these types of messages, but I want to share my experience working with Chris Polfus. Initially, I reached out to White Tail Properties looking to purchase hunting land last fall 2020. My initial conversation was with a peer of Chris Polfus. I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. His peer was too busy to return my calls or felt I wasn’t a qualified buyer. Then I called Chris Polfus who immediately made me feel like his number 1 customer. A couple of days later, I found a piece of property I was very anxious to see. Property was selling fast so I wanted to see it ASAP. Chris and I scheduled a visit for the next day. He was waiting for me in his John Deer Gator with propane heater going. After touring the property, I made a verbal offer. Within one hour I had an accepted offer. Chris’s customer service didn’t end with the accepted offer. There was some debris, i.e., old Icehouse and other things on the property. Chris offered to remove these items once the snow melted. This spring he was true to his word and removed the junk. This type of customer service is rare. I will continue to pass on his name and share the great service I experienced. Thankyou Chris for the great service!
