Robert Pelke (RP) “The Prime Guy” is by far the most down to earth person you will ever meet. If i could rate him 6/5 stars on here I would. RP works his tail off for you and makes sure everything, no matter how big, or how small, gets done the right way and faster than the shake of a lambs tail. RP is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process, there was not a question he couldn’t answer, and even if it really wasn’t a question for him, he would dig in and make sure you found that answer. He does not push you to move forward at all and wants it to be 100% your decision. My fiancé and I did not feel any pressure or nervousness working with RP. He always put us before himself and we couldn’t thank him enough for that. As first time home buyers not knowing a single thing about buying a house he made sure you were up to speed with everything and explained things like you were talking to one of your good friends. He was great throughout the whole process and we would definitely recommend him to anyone and continue business with him in the future. Robert Pelke ("RP") was the agent showing a home that my husband and I were interested in buying- we knew instantly that he was a solid, wholesome, and honest realtor, and just a genuinely good-hearted and caring man.

Not only did RP refer us to a broker that got us into a MUCH better loan than what our bank was offering, but he guided us through every step of the process. He was completely on-point with everything: very through and prompt with communication and updates, and he was reassuring and calming when the loan process got a little intense. RP is very knowledgeable of what to expect from the inspections and loan requirements, and proactively and smoothly navigated us through the hiccups that we encountered with our approval. Rp was such a pleasure to work with that we enlisted him to help with the sale of our other home, which closed in just 36 days!

RP is a very very excellent property agent. His responsive time is very prompt. His wisdom calms down my worries and nervous feeling during my whole process of buying my first property. He also helped me out with finding the right house (HOME), the mortgage, and the home inspection. When I walked in for the day of closing the deal, I only needed to pay 11 cents. This is totally incredible and unbelievable!!!

Now I can enjoy living with my cats and kittens without worrying being kicked out by any landlords. I really love my house and my cats. You know what? This house really makes me not wanting to go out to work every night. I do really want to stay home every night and day. I enjoy the moonshine. I also enjoy the sunshine. I enjoy the river view. I enjoy the wind breeze. I enjoy the quietness.

Without RP’s professional knowledge, connection and problem solving skills, I wouldn’t have bought this house and have had a home - a real home. I feel being protected by this home. I feel great. RP is a very kind gentleman. He led me through the whole buying process and closing - from the beginning to the end and even afterwards. He is always here ready to help. When I shared with him that I really needed a house because I couldn’t sleep at my apartment anymore as things or people nearby going downward. The apartment was quiet at the beginning but then later on I didn’t know why people nearby started banging and shouting right in front of the window of my bedroom “Open your fxxking eyes!” while I was sleeping. Then I figured out it was a father yelling at his daughter. These things repeated day by day… it’s okay. When you are given a lemon, turn it into a lemonade. 😉

RP helped me to turn the lemons into lemonade, lemon pie, lemon cake, lemon salt rotisserie chicken, lemon essence massaging oil, lemon cleaning detergent… 😀
