In just a couple of months I will have lived here 5 years. The reason I made the choice to move here was the floor plan, convenient location and it didn’t look sterile like newer apartments. Yes, it is showing its age a bit and appliances could be updated but I’ve added my own touches and it feels homey. All maintainence issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently by friendly and courteous staff.

Yesenia helped us find our new apartment and made the whole process super easy. We have a newly renovated unit, which is beautiful! There were some little things that needed fixing once we moved in, but maintenance took care of them very quickly with no issues. The complex eels very safe and gives a neighborhood feel with apartment complex amenities and we love it so far!

Jesus and Yesenia are doing a wonderful job they haven't been here long and the property is already starting to be even better. They put new light fixtures outside so it won't be so dark they are following the procedures and all around property is looking great good job guys. Great customer service and thank you for being very helpful and patient. The office is beautiful and you can definitely tell their is a lady in office now lol 😂

I've been here about 2 yrs and I really love this community. It's a quiet area, conveniently located to highways, shopping & restaurants.
The maintenance guys are on top of any requests submitted. The office staff is always helpful & friendly as well. I've had no problems at all!

PROS: Peaceful and heavily treed property, wonderful floor plans, and pleasant neighbors.

CONS: Where to begin. Like most places rent is higher than it should be. Gym is small and severely lacking. However, the biggest issue here is maintenance. It’s terrible.

All facets of maintenance here from the property as a whole to your individual unit. Poor quality contractors and the in-house maintenance guys door poor or non existent work all around. From the gates that are broken and open 24 hours, to issues at the buildings and in apartments, to trash piling up, to fire alarms issues, to cheap or nonexistent repairs and upgrades.

The units have a wonderful floor plan but the materials in most are original from 35 years ago. Yellowed discolored cabinets, original 35 year old appliances include a fridge with falling off handles, a dishwasher that doesn’t clean particularly well, to a stovetop that constantly breaks, multi colored carpet because they are too cheap to replace all at once, horribly inefficient windows and sliding doors, torn and damaged bug screens on windows, etc, etc. I could go on and on. Rent prices would be worth it with better quality maintenance and materials.

With these and pile of other issues I could write a novel about, frankly I wouldn’t recommend living here. I want to love it here and with proper management and care, this could be an amazing place. Unfortunately it isn’t.

I also want to say "Thank You" to Yesina for her pleasant smile and the assistance she shares when I inquire about something and/or when I pay my rent.

I'm also noticing the improvements (planting of grass, shrubbery, painting, cutting back tree limbs, outside building lighting for better visibility, railing around the mailboxes, sprinkler system going in, and etc), that's being done, adding to the appeal.

I can't wait to see how everything is going to look in the Spring!!

been living here since 2018 and absolutely love the comfort of my home. The apartments are really nice and cozy and the front office is filled with great people that make you feel welcome. If your looking for a place to stay, i’d definitely recommend here.
