CI MANAGEMENT has been the best to me and my family. People complain about not being able to get in contact with the office but y'all should know they are managing over 30+ properties. It's not just you..... do better go into the office. As far as for me this place has been a gem in the dirt for me. The apartments are so calm, no drama, no police NOTHING! Internet and cable included also your water.... maintenance is good they will typically take about 1-3 days to complete your order..... I value them there at CI Management.... DO QUESTION TO LEASE WITH THEM. I ALWAYS read reviews before leasing.... Other apartments always have police, fighting etc but not them. They take care of the properties as well. They make sure every Monday someone is out to cut grass and clean the community.... sometimes trash is overfilled but dumpster truck come on scheduled always.... THANK YOU .

I've gone back and forth on this review because my experience with Ci Management hasn't been the most positive -- but, recent steps have been taken to rectify many things that were wrong with my unit, and for that I am grateful.

It's true what other reviewers have said: Ci Management isn't very responsive. Getting them on the phone is difficult and we're often waiting quite a while for an email response.

However, I must give credit where credit is due. I won't go into specifics about what was wrong with my unit, but let's just say it was disgusting. Though after many attempts to call and email something was finally done about it.

My point is, Ci Management identified the problem and took major steps to ensure it was fixed and that my quality of life in their unit improved. Big shout out to Sal who has been very helpful. And another point: The maintenance team is really solid; they are respectful of your space, kind, and courteous. Prompt too.

If you're considering renting from Ci Management just know there might be some bumps in the road, but I personally have a lot of respect for a company that fixes problems and comes up with solutions after mistakes are made. After all, these people aren't robots.

The buildings are well-maintained, neighbors have been great, and I haven't had any other notable issues whatsoever. I'll be re-signing with them once my lease is up.

The management with up keeping of property has gone DOWN HILL!! From the gates no longer working and never being fixed to the poor craftsmanship of make ready and not caring how the final product of painting comes out. With the grass never cut, plants never covered for the past freezes. And this morning my neighbor's car was stolen because the car entry gates never got fixed. I no longer feel safe!

UPDATE: They failed to fix my fridge when I submitted a work order, resulting in almost $200 of damaged items and products. Of course, they're saying they aren't responsible for their negligence. Their complete lack of respect for residents and outright refusal to take accountability is insane.

I absolutely love my apartment, the location is perfect, and my neighbors are wonderful—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The communication with the office is atrocious. Calls, emails, texts—you name it—regularly go unanswered. It’s like sending messages into a black hole. And don’t even get me started on maintenance. Work orders are a complete joke. They either close them out without actually doing the work, or they show up unannounced despite my repeated requests to schedule a time since I work from home and am on calls all day. I’ve been asking for months to simply get a heads-up before someone comes by, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.

The cherry on top? When I pointed out the issue, the response I got was defensive and downright rude. Instead of addressing the problem, they threatened me with a lease violation! For what? For daring to request basic communication and for asking maintenance to do their job? Absolutely ridiculous.

If you’re considering moving here, be warned: while the apartment itself is lovely, dealing with the management is a nightmare. They clearly have zero respect for their residents' time or concerns. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

So over all, not the best place, but not the worst place either. Here were/are my issues I am currently having and experiencing. I have been at my current location for 2 years now on Reiger Avenue.

Maintenance could leave a lot to be desired. After placing multiple work orders, being informed to handle this and that, never having any work completed, but you best believe they will state work is/was completed. Ie, placed a work order for my microwave being out of service on the 12th. Got a response the next day stating the technician was contacted and will be contacting me, great. Waiting all day on the 16th since I know the 15th nobody will be working since its the weekend. Not a single soul, knock on my door, phone call, absolutely nothing. Looked on my portal, said the work was completed yesterday. Whats the point of picking times for them to come by but they do not come by those times? Come on guys, please do better!

Trying to get ahold of anyone with the phone number listed is next to impossible, I believe calling the State Gov is easier to get ahold of someone than these individuals. The answering service, now those people are sweet as pie. Very nice and reasonable people. They do have a number to text, but I am going on 6 hours now since I've sent it in by the time of this review.

Trash day is what is expected. But why have the back of the dumpster facing the gate to place trash in? Of course people are not going to crawl in there to toss out trash, someone is making it difficult for everyone.

Parking, oh parking. It is first come first served at this location as is most locations. On tandem parking spots, someone random parked behind me and left their vehicle and I was stuck. I was told that this was a civil matter by the apartments and that I had to go knocking on all the door to find who it was to ask them to move. I'm not doing that and getting shot, no thank you. So park at your own risk. Even though there is the tow poster, the tow company said they do not have a contract with the company and will not come out. I was more annoyed that I missed a day of work because of this.

The yard work is completed weekly with no interruptions. I know because all the dirt and dust gets blown into my apartment since the weather strips and seals are not on my doors and windows (yes I had a work order in and yes that was closed out without work being done on it).

Overall, kind people, sucks with maintenance requests and getting ahold of someone, but yes. Feel free to reach out to ask anything else.

Property charges 50$ for low quality wifi AND it doesn’t even reach the entire apartment. When it does work you can’t have more than 2 devices on it. Second service request but I am hopeful.

UPDATE: Internet is out once more 7/17 this is the 3rd time. Second time this month. If you work from home you’re completely out of luck.

I will say this positive thing.
CI management is quick to service issues. Outside of the internet connection issue they’ve done a good job at servicing any minor complaints. The property is nicely kept and the management is responsive and friendly. I fear it may be the building owner and not CI management but I’m trusting the CI management team can work with me in resolving this issue.

If you have found an apartment managed by CI Management, turn around and run! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, and just plain ignorant management company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't trust my information with either Jasmine or Emilie.

They should be investigated by the TAA.

Additionally, their attempted interception of resident's mail is outright illegal!

I highly suggest you do not rent anything associated with CI Management!

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star.

This is 100% a true review. The fact that you can't find me in your system is a true testament to exactly how this office is run. Especially with the history we have, you should definitely remember me. I even met with the actual owner(s). Unsure of who actually owned it because there was a mother and a son and an office representative present if I remember correctly.

Anyway, just wanted to clarify the validity of my review. Thank you.
