Terrible experience with the developer. Neighbors banded together to hire a lawyer to fight developer but to no avail. Nice residents and landscaping. HOA fees continued to climb RAPIDLY. Ask to see a breakdown of the HOA fee expenditures before purchasing.

Update: Took 3 months for the HOA's pick, Good Oak, to pick up their mess. I was reminded of their ecoterroism again this morning more than others as all of the crap floated in the rain. This is Zak's idea of cleanup I guess, which was the reason for cutting all of the trees down and leaving clearcut stumps behind. This is how the hoa spends your money. According to Zack at the hoa said they don’t discuss these things at hoa meetings because it’s too difficult to gain consensus. I can see why. Now you can too. Original: The HOA hired a company to manage the green space between Paragon apartments and the park. So now instead of thriving trees and an excellent habitat for many species of birds and other wildlife, it’s a barren ditch. Goodbye hummingbirds, owls, and just about everything alive. The water was never impeded by the trees and did a great job of absorbing the runoff and keeping the soil stable. Looks like clearcut forestry now. The last two pictures were prior to the decimation.
