Don’t live here unless you’re ready to see drug addicts sprung out in the cars, have your vehicle repeatedly damage by kids or crackheads trying to steal parts, locked out of the pool or amenities you pay for, have loud neighbors, mold, have the cops show up every single day, a lot of gang activity. They use to be nice apartments but now it’s just ghetto. Don’t let the over edited pictures on the website fool you.

This place is an absolute joke. The new management doesn’t do their jobs. The communication is not there. Call one day and they said there is one available so you go in to apply and the other lady says there’s none and they give you the run around that it’s first come first serve yet how did someone else get approved before me when I came in and applied the next day. Have put in 3 applications (the last one being last Thursday and there was and excuse every day we called and still haven’t heard back after they said they’d look into it and call me) and was told we would be ran for apartments and still to this day have not been ran. I’ve called over a handful of times and they say they will get back to us, they never do. We have had our money order in since may 26th 2023 and 2 months later they said someone else got the apartment we were supposed to get. Then they said one was coming available and they would run us first I call back 3 weeks later and they said they shredded our applications luckily I took my money order back. They had our first application 2 months when I applied the first time why weren’t those shredded if you have to shred them after a month? She also showed me a stack of applications and said they are all losing their money because there was no apartments available. Money orders are good for a year so I’m sorry to those people who had their money orders shredded. We lived here 3 years ago and I miss the old management they were on top of things and always got back to us. Don’t recommend coming here now.

This is a great community! The ladies in the office are amazing! They are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The residents are also friendly and all watch out for each others kiddos. Kid and pet friendly apartments. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good neighborhood, location, and space. Thank you Heron Creek staff for everything you do to keep the apartments maintained, clean, and save.

We moved into this apartment community a little over 2 years ago and it has really been a great place to live! Management staff and maintenance staff are all very professional and nice. When the staff see tenants they always smile and wave to say hi. They are quick to answer questions and help. The gym is nice too and always clean! Anytime we needed something fixed it was done in an appropriate amount if time. We are buying a house now and we are really sad to have to leave our little community here!

Scheduled a viewing, got there, and was told nothing was available. The appointment had been confirmed several times. The lady in the office was very rude about it. Like annoyed at us for believing their website, rather than being sorry or sympathetic that we went out of our way for nothing.

You will NEVER find management as punctual, informative and helpful as the current management here. They got me in my apartment in less than two weeks and I could not have been more grateful. Krista and Christy are amazing gals and the maintenance man Shane is an absolute doll who is always working hard to keep all these apartments in working and beautiful condition. I will never forget how amazing it was to live here!
