My experience was everything I expected and more.... I almost felt like I was spoiled. I've lived in the Timbers for almost 5 months and never needed to call for service but when I did The office team was amazing as always... I have to say I was a little disappointed when I explained what was wrong with my washer(no agitator) and explained how I would prefer a cheaper washer with an agitator I was told sorry they can only replace the broken washer with the same model I already had ... so ofcourse I was disappointed.... BUT THEN Maintenance Technician came to the rescue He not only came the next day but he actually brought me a brand new washer with an agitator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST APARTMENT COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Pro's and cons of the timbers by vintage

In the lease agreement states 2 cars per household and have to move your car every 72 hours but nobody follows this rule so even the
Landlord doesn't enforce the contract they make people sign when moving in
Screaming kids
Trash bins overflowing
No assigned parking
Loud neighbors leaving and entering complex aka reving there car or motorcycle engines
Bright lights on apartment so buy blackout curtains
Watch where you step people don't pick up after there dog when they take there dogs out

The staff is excellent and the maintenance is great as well.
My issue is with the laws and system in place that allows a "low income" apartment to cost most of someone's pay.

This is NOT the fault of staff but the owners who take advantage of there staff to avoid interacting with tenants and also avoid contracting and accounting (things you are responsible to do as a landlord, but oh well)

The rent of these exact places was significantly less a decade ago yet nothing significantly changed and people are being payed the same wages

I hope the owners of these apartments feels deep shame for extracting wealth from the poor and using innocent staff members to interact with people you find lower than you.

We will fight and we will love until the end of time.

People that actively cause poverty and extract money from people who just want a place to sleep, are evil. Not the staff, not the maintenance, not the meth labs, etc. The people and systems that see, hear, and speak evil should face accountabilityfor there actions towards innocent people (telling tenants "wi sowy 😮‍💨😇" is actually extremely disrespectful when we are talking about our LIFE)

Everything is a choice, and the wealthy people in our lives have chosen to take away our autonomy to line there pockets and shovel responsibilities to people who are trying to make ends meet as well.

Again, the staff and people who actually do work here are great! I have no issues and I actually appreciate the work they do.

If you spend all day farting in a chair extracting money from tenants, you are evil.

what lines your pockets is temporary, and you do so by taking advantage of innocent people while avoiding responsibilities through other people's labor.

We want stability, you want a golden boot to kick down the ladder

Hopefully you take my words seriously and actually consider something to change for the good, because I know I am not the only one who is sick and tired and being used as an item for investment.

Great management team! Kelly is my favorite of course! You can tell she has an amazing heart! Maintenance is always looking productive. I'm confident any issue i have will be taken care of right away.

I have lived at the Timber by Vintage for 5 years. We are on our 4th Management team. Our current manager Kelly Timney and her assistant Stephanie are extremely nice and helpful. The office is very welcoming no matter what the issue we have is. On Friday at 5pm I emailed the office letting them know our fridge wasn’t working right. I didn’t expect a response until Monday morning but I got a message from Kelly saying Logan ( maintenance🙂) was on his way. He has been to our apartment several times and is very nice and gets things fixed. My husband has dementia and Logan is really good with him. It is very much appreciated. I know maintenance is overwhelmed sometimes with work orders but if you go in the office and talk to them it gets taken care of. It is a big complex with lots of tenants. I’m sure it is challenging but I think Kelly and Stephanie do a great job managing the Timbers. I feel safe here and would recommend living here as well.

Hannah and Tasha were super kind and helped me through the entire process. They were communicative and responded quickly. Answered all my questions with a smile. It took a while to hear back from compliance if I was gonna be approved but on this end it was quick and easy.

Some days are better than others but honestly, overall the cards that have been dealt to Management doing a good job
