Karen and Steve make a great team. They each bring a unique set of skills that creates a "big picture" view of the entire process of viewing and purchasing a home. I sought opinions from each of them numerous times, and always got clear, honest feedback that was very helpful to me. They never pushed their viewpoint, though. They were always respectful and easy to work with, reassuring me many times that my worries about being a bother for wanting to look at so many properties were absolutely unfounded. In the end, I found a house in exactly the location I wanted, and they both worked very hard to help me purchase it for a price that I felt was fair. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I drive long haul across 48 states and wanted to purchase a home near my daughter for my hometime. I googled and his name came up. I called Steve and he immediately drove all over 2 counties video recording his walk through of houses I found on line. He gave commentary during the videos so I could understand clearly what he was seeing, he was my eyes while I couldn't be there. His immediate response to my needs was a huge pressure of my shoulders. Paperwork was all done through online portals so this was perfect for my needs. Constant communication with Steve and Karen allowed for questions and answers to be dealt with fast. Their knowledge and helpfulness through every step of the process made it very smooth. I rarely, if at all, had to leave a message - one or the other answered the phone to deal with me. Text communication was fast. If I do this again in the future, there is no doubt that I would use Steve again. Being out of state, communication was a huge worry for me, but never once did they fail to reach out, keep me in the loop and sent me anything I needed. Highly recommended.
