My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we love it! The facility is beautiful and well maintained by the best team! The office staff are fun, friendly and do a wonderful job trying their best to keep everyone happy. This is a wonderful community of people of all walks of life, we have enjoyed getting to know them all! We highly recommend checking here first if you are looking for a very fun place to live!

My wife Bonnie and I feel very secure here. The building is kept immaculately clean. People are very friendly here. There are many activities that we get to enjoy . It is also a new building and out apartment is very nice. The manager Lindsay is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is always willing and eager to help with everything. Our weekly coffee hours and happy hours are great mixers for meeting people.

I toured many times before I made my decision for the big move . Affinity was the best place I visited because of the all inclusive pricing and amazing amenities . The staff has been absolutely helpful and especially friendly . They know everybody by name and greet me by name every time they see me. Especially Lindsay and Michael. I love the enormous room size , the bathroom and all the appliances. Most of the residents are also very friendly and always willing to help you out . One really great thing is the privacy in the rooms , they are well insulated and I don't often hear my neighbours.I also really love to bring my family to the theatre and the pool. They are always very impressed by how spacious the community is and with so much to do. My absolute favourite thing here is the indoor pool and spa. I use them quite a bit with my daughter and my great grand daughters who also love the pool and spend hours in it. I heart Affinity .

Affinity Arlington is home. It's a great place to be , a really welcoming community. We are so fortunate to live here. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is WONDERFUL. They are always here for us and happy to help us with any of our needs . The community as a whole is a very caring and loving atmosphere . We treat eachother as family. This is a very active community , being here doesn't feel like being in a retirement facility . We are always socializing , celebrating and having fun. I love my home .

Me and my wife have lived here since 2020, and we really like it. I love the manager Lindsay , she is so attentive at taking care of all if our problems right away. Morgen is also amazing. Michael in maintenance is fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and quick to fix everything. Nigel and T are great too. I like all the amenities we have and everything we need in life is close by you can walk to them. We're never moving.

The amenities at Affinity Arlington are top notch. I participate in a lot of activities such as painting, the craft fairs , and happy hours. I really enjoy the congeniality of the people that live here. I also really love my apartment ! I have a Mountain View and an enormous closet !! I have recommended many people to move here and two of my friends moved in after me. You will love it here .

I am so thankful for Affinity ! I have lived here almost three years and have made so many friends, i even met my husband here! This place is so loving , joyful, and Fun. Everyone is very kind to one another . We are like a big happy family. The Staff always has smiles on their faces and are happy to help us. It's the best place to live .

I think management does a Dang good job. Having been in managment for many years and a Masters degree , I am so proud of Lindsay , and the way she handles the community. In the west wing we take such good care of one another. We genuinely care about one another. There are so many activities to partake in at our own leisure and ability. The maintenace team here is spectacular . One of the best I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. The place is kept so tidy and nice and the grounds are kept immaculate. My son did professional landscape work and even he is so impressed. I have made so many good friends living here.
