Pierce, leasing agent, with AARealty is charging me $310 for a maintenance request. I asked, "When did you start charging tenants for maintenance requests?" Pierce said, "anytime we get clogs from food grease." I live in a condo community. My building has 4 tenants. Where's the proof that I clogged the line? Besides that, I have been a loyal tentant for nearly 4 years. This is my 2nd rental property with AARealty. I can count the times I've requested maintenance services. As a tenant, I should not be charged for a routine maintenance request. I will dispute this charge. And, I will not be renewing my lease with AARealty.

My company has been renting with them for many years now. (Through the pandemic) they have always tried to be as upfront and have been very understanding of during the hard parts of our rebuild following the pandemic. Fair pricing and the staff are normally accessible for most hours by direct line. Would highly recommend renting from them and hope to continue to do business for years to come.

Terrible renting experience. I had electrical and a/c issues in my unit. I personally spent $3500 + fixing things. They sent out vendors occasionally but only band aids were put on the real issues. Travis constantly argued with me and would get super emotional during every conversation in regards to repairs and has angrily blamed me for electricity issues.I’ve talked to neighboring tenants and past tenants according to them electrical and a/c has been an ongoing issue. Beware if you rent out their Fielder office suites.

Affordable attractive realty is a great company. They have really been helpful with my transition to Texas from STL,mo. Any home issues I have had,they sent maintenance out fast. They are flexible with my rental payments is needed and I've been here 2 years and will sign for a 3rd. Great company.

This is not something we normally do, but we wanted to use this opportunity and platform to share what a positive experience we have had with Affordable Attractive Realty since we became residents in 2019. Not only are they prompt when visiting a maintenance request, they are always kind and respectful of our time. We lived through a pandemic while renting with AAR, losing not only our jobs but both of our mothers as well. I have to say the compassion the management team showed was like nothing I've seen before in this industry. Honestly I don't know how we would have survived having one crisis after another had we not been with the AAR team.We are so greatful to call their property home.
