After researching property management companies for weeks, I discovered that this company had the best renter reviews. Wanting to ensure my tenants were in good hands, I decided to switch my entire portfolio to them two years ago. I can confidently say this was the best decision I made. I am now completely hands-off and actually making money—something I struggled with under my last three property managers.

One feature I appreciate is that they handle repair orders for free, which has saved me a significant amount of money. DFW Rent Houses LLC was a God send for us. We moved quickly and were blessed with an amazing property management team. Robert and the rest of his support staff were always there when we needed them. They all were pleasant to deal with and handled any concerns in a timely manner. In the 3 years we rented we had several issues pop up and they were all handled professionally. Robert and the team go to bat for their tenants. We chose to purchase a home but if we were ever to rent again it would always be through DFW Rent Houses LLC. My wife and I have been renting from Robert and DFW Rent Houses for several years now. It is wonderful to have a business relationship with a strong Christian. He runs his company and way that shows their love for Jesus Christ. I have had a couple of issues in maintenance and they have taken care of them immediately. It is a blessing when you call and people truly are caring and compassionate to you. Last year my wife had a medical issue that was extremely serious. Heather from the office contacted us A few weeks after the incident just to check on my wife. Renting from them has been a blessing and I could not recommend them more.

Absolutely professional and experienced staff. Especial thanks to Robert who owns the LLC. He is able to give individualized attention to every tenant. He personally helped me out with recovering Security deposit from my last landlord/owner who was wrongly holding up my rent. Robert informed me of tenant rights and texas tenant code 92, and with his help I was able to get my security deposit back. I’m a professional and this small return of security deposit was not a big deal amount wise however, it was a matter of principle.

Robert does not only protect the owner’s interest thoroughly but also pays attention to the tenant/ buyers needs. No wonder he is well liked. I would never rent again directly from owners and instead would get services from professionals like Covenant Rent houses, LLC. I Recommend him without reservations for your home search.
