I’ve recently moved to Arlington, the staff and management are very cool. I’ve had no problems with them, but the only downside for me is the residents I live by who are a bit loud and obnoxious, and can be a little bit more respectful to residents who like a little bit of peace and quiet, other than that 4/5.

False promises and failure to communicate is the gold standard for this place. I have to call 2 different numbers to the leasing office to get ahold of the manager, and emailing is a lost cause. They only talk to you when it's convenient to them. I've had multiple maintenance requests put in since I moved in 2 months ago, and no one has come by to fix anything. When I do get in contact with anyone, it's the same "We'll have someone in maintenance come out today", then I call later in the day to check, and I get " they're busy with (whatever), they'll be there by the end of the day". Only NOPE, I get home at 6 pm and not a damn thing was done. This has been going on for over 2 weeks on the same issues I've already reported. Yet, they have the audacity to say the work order has been completed on the Apartment App. The property team has no sense of urgency or respect ever since I moved in. Constant delays of not getting my key to work, waiting on mailbox key for a month and a half, and now managers and maintenance not attempting to fix my unit.

Don't move here. Boyfriend was supposed to move in today. The manager was almost an hour late when they're supposed to open at 10 (how professional), she gave him a key that didn't work TWICE. When we went to the office for the 3rd time, she wasn't even there. Got to work at 10:45, gone before 12. No one answers the phone, still no key. The Apartment was gross, there's no parking. No mailbox key. Definitely NOT worth the price. I'm sure the worst is yet to come.

Phones never answered. Wasps and other bugs in the apartment. $30.00 Valet trash service that you can't opt out of. Other random fees tacked on to squeeze ever penny they can out of you.Trash littered throughout the complex. Months of inconvenient renovations that make this complex even hard to park your car. Looking through recent reviews, all 5 star reviews mentioning full names of staff as if they're reviews being bought to beef up their rating. Honest review here is to look elsewhere. Sure the staff is kind, but they hide behind a fake smile while you still have to deal with all the issues. My car has been broken into multiple times. There's literally glass shards and windows laying in the grass from some recent break ins. I lived here for a year before Rise West took over and it's only gone downhill since they have been here.

I have lived here 14 plus years Ms Nicole is my personal “getter inner” to my Resident Portal App EVERY time I need her to assist with technology on my phone Ms Nicole has been there to help, no questions asked, no critics , etc. She is also my personal counselor. She listens without judgment and ALWAYS tells me my side is right. I attribute her professionalism, her patience and genuine kindness to her credit. Ms Nicole is definitely an asset to the RiseWest Company!

i’m so pleased with how fast i was able to get into my apartment . Nicole ( the manager ) is so nice an helpful, i leased here after looking at many other apartments an the reason i decided to to lease at the Rise is because of Nicole is very professional an personable , so glad i leased here.!!!! Nicole hands down is the best apt manager you have any problems or need anything done she make sure she stays on top of it and it gets done within a day or two she’s really friendly, great personality and just an amazing person. She made my moving experience amazing.

My name is Shala. I live at Rise West Arlington. I’m reading some of these reviews (the newer ones) and thinking “I’m sorry for those experiences” because mine has been totally different!! Rise West took over not quite a year ago. They bought in all new staff. We went from one Nycole to a new Nicole. New Nicole is great. I had an issue once, on a Saturday. The office wasn’t open yet so I left a voice mail. Nicole called and took care of it before she arrived at work!

On that day, she made the comment “we are “pro-resident”, we want to make the lives of our residents easier”…and Nicole has stood true to her word.

Living in any apartment complex will have its challenges (construction, renovations, noise, etc). The only place that will be close to perfect would be your own home. However, Rise West does offer community and Nicole is very gracious and professional!! If you’re looking for a place, I think you should consider Rise West…at least until you purchase your own home!
