Centennial Park is lovely and modern! Put together well. Friendly, patient staff and bright positive atmosphere. We are new tenants and we love it here! The grounds are always clean and well-maintained with a friendly and caring staff. Centennial Park is by far the nicest, and most kid friendly and safe and family friendly place we've ever lived. Wonderful! I highly recommend!

Honestly. First moving in here things went well, it was my first apartment I’ve ever rented I enjoyed how nice this apartment is. BUT over time this place is very not a place u feel at “home” in, first off the dog poop all over the buildings is very disgusting the dog fee is 500$.. insane yet they can’t use all the money they have to hire people to clean up the dog poop? I understand it’s the dog owners responsibility but come on! Clearly they won’t pick it up why the management not do something about it.
Management/staff is rude and honestly give off racist vibes, I’ve only seen them target colored people…VERY upsetting and I’ve read a review mention how rude the staff is too so I know I’m not just the only one feeling that way. The maintenance crew honestly sucks at their job when it comes to needing assistance urgently or in GENERAL

These managements DON’T care about you and your well being they only want your MONEY (literally) just privileged people who target certain HUMANS for things OTHERS are doing as well.

Oh and take pictures of your home before u move out as I said before they want your money and WILL try taking as much as they can to charge u with fees of “damage” that was already there before. This part goes for All Willams investments homes by the way:)

The complex should consider using the non-refundable pet deposits to hire someone to clean up all the dog poop. I alone paid $1000. The poop EVERYWHERE was a huge issue and seems to be ongoing. It made the living conditions less than when the smell was wafting into my door especially during the warm days.

The apartments inside were okay but the building and complex is very poorly managed. There is no security on-site. Very questionable individuals walking around the complex a lot up to no good. There were many thefts, break-ins, and car break-ins during my tenancy. This included the package room getting raided during Christmas time.

The grounds of the complex are not well kept, there is dog poop everywhere. I know this falls upon the owner of the dog but the complex does nothing about cleaning everything up on their own as well in a timely manner.

When you move out, they will try to put the cost of turning a unit onto you. They charge a cleaning fee no matter what and charge to replace the carpets even when in good condition. Be aware of these hidden fees and make sure to take pictures and document evidence before moving out of here.

The really nice apartment Bev cathedral ceilings are like 24 different layout to pick from my thing is you got the train in a lot of traffic coming down the hill so that everything seems to be great. Maintenance is really good and so are the managers they always get right back to you.

This review is based on our time here April 2022 to July 2023. I have nothing but great things to say about Neva as she has helped us with so much, especially moving from out of state and going through the paperwork and approval. We were relocating in a short window and were so happy to find the perfect size apartment in that time. Mikhal has also been kind and attentive with help during our stay! Anytime there was an issue in our unit or on property, the guys with maintenance were prompt and super nice with helping our issues! Parking was definitely a problem during our time here, however as we were moving out the complex was approved to create more parking spaces so I hope that helps the current and future tenants. Having the Centennial Trail border the property was great for family walks! This place was family friendly with a playground and a pool. The process for moving out was very easy and transparent. I will recommend this place to others! Thank you for giving us a good home during this time!

Horrible experience with them it was a nightmare living there, I stayed in C203 signed a lease for a year and a week ago after move in figured out this place is infested with so called pantry bugs. The place I used to live did not have any Infestion, they were all over my kitchen, bedroom, bathroom etc. not able to live comfortable. Management blamed me for it. It cause me lots of health condition and worsening symptoms. I moved out right away due to my condition and agreed to break my lease and they robbed me from paying the month of July and not giving my rent back. They wanted me to continue to live this way for one whole month still and not able to cook or do anything in my home from them crawling. I don’t recommend this place please stay away from here.

No reason to argue about this on your response, you couldn’t. Accommodate your own tentants.. I mentioned I could not have it bombed due to medical condition and breathing in the chemicals, that place should of been inspected before… I came back to my originally apartment complex in the same unit and place and no problem with infestation you guys blamed me and couldn’t switch me units okay. You wanted me to live like this when they were on my bed crawling and everywhere else like I proofed you pictures okay.. thanks for making your tenants live in an apartment infested. I have no bugs where I use to live… thanks. YES I would TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY… not let them live miserable the way I did for a month !!! PLEASE STAY AWAYYY!

The apartments themselves are nice, the walls are a little thin so the neighbors can be heard, but it is also an apartment so that is to be somewhat expected. The only big issue with the complex is parking. Everything is reserved parking with the exception of maybe 20ish spots that are a first come first serve. If you are not in a spot by 4:15 pm, you are going to need to park in the neighborhood around the corner. It would be nice if there was designated spots for guests, as it has now become a thing where the first come first serve spots require you to still have a parking pass (which means you have to be a tenant). Currently there is no where for guests to park unless they park in the neighborhood around the corner. I am hoping something will be done about the parking situation soon.
