If I could give 0 stars I would. We have not had hot water in 6 days and it has been in the 20s-30s for the past week. Supposedly the plumbers have come to work on it and “fixed” it but we still have no hot water. The front desk lady confirmed that we are not the only people. I asked about this being taken out of our rent considering it’s been one day short of a week and I was told that they couldn’t do that but they would get a list of our names to send to corporate.

Do not move here!!! If I could give 0 stars I would hell if I could give negative stars I would. This has to be the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Outside of always dealing with hot water issues I’m now having issues with my toilet and stay in a one bed n bath because of this it’s an emergency work order or so they claimed. I’ve had to call numerous times in the past few days. They send non speaking English workers to the apartment and all they do is wiggle the chain and say it’s fixed and then I’m calling in two days with same issues. I called today at 1pm it’s 5 pm and still no one has came. The emergency number doesn’t work I’ve left countless of messages on that line and no one eve reaches out so now I have to get a room to stay somewhere with working toilet cause I’m not going all night without a toilet I’ve been going to the store just to use the bathroom that’s ridiculous. And I promise that room fee coming out my rent for March!!

I wish I could give no star. Moving to this place was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. All management teams are big liars!!! Everything on the tour day was just a show. Reality = roaches farm (Check the pictures. You will live with all sizes of roaches), the gate never been closed, can't use fitness out of office hours, laundry room is gross!!! You will be charged for every service you request, even you have already paid many fees monthly. Many more issues the entire time I stayed there. Don't make a mistake like me. You will regret it!!!👎👎👎👎👎

I have had the best experience with district 2308 so far ! Arianna is so nice and so kind and most importantly so understanding . This is my first apartment she walked me through everything and even gave me some things to get started with in my house thats just shows how much she listen . She literally went out her wany to give me everything pink ! Arianna was the besttt ! I suggest yall come see her she is very cool and a easy person to talk to .

Property was bought end of last year/beginning of this year 2024 and ever since I’ve never received answers to my concerns that I’ve left in voicemails and emails as a current resident of 2 years. They don’t care, last month, I watched a neighbor leave in a body bag. Radio silence from the complex, no support or acknowledgement offered whatsoever. An emergency leak was addressed two weeks after the maintenance request was submitted (again communicated by phone and email stating it was an emergency). My emailed notice to vacate at the end of my lease, ignored. My voicemails about just that, plus an eviction notice meant for my neighbor that was posted to my door, ignored.
Gated community? You mean the gates that have never worked since I moved in in 2022? You’re not safe here, and the management doesn’t care about you or any of your concerns. Never missed a payment, rent always on time, and never felt like they cared about anything other than receiving that money. In the past two months, they’ve sent out emails for plumbing leaks in practically every building, water being shut off for several hours. And then provide untrained maintenance technicians to do a bare minimum and shady repair that fails and doesn’t solve the problem. They’re all about cheap bandaid solutions. When the AC went out, they didn’t even provide me a window unit, I had to drop $200 and get one myself, and then didn’t even fix the AC until 5 days of it in disrepair. Don’t live here, even if it’s the only option in your budget, you won’t feel safe or cared for by this “team”.

I am truly sick of this place. Have been here a year and a half and there is always something. Currently have no hot water when it is below 30 degrees outside. The outside building lights have been out for a month and they Can’t even tell me when an electrician is coming to fix it. When I talk to the ladies in the office they tell you whatever you want to hear just to they truly don’t give a crap and this place is hell. Don’t waste your time here, you’ll regret it.

Entire moving process was great, from the moment I called the complex about available units up until I picked up my keys, Ty is AMAZING and so full of life and welcoming, Angie was great & very compliant with my needs and made adjustments that were needed with no hesitation, Tammy was great as well. Thanks ladies and I’m glad to be a part of the community :). If the lease term is gonna be anything like the move in process I’m definitely here for it.
