Hilda Gonzalez is the most knowledgeable and personable individual I have ever met!!!! I was so nervous to get a new home and she was so helpful beyond any realtor I have ever worked with. She genuinely cares for her clients as if they are family. I can not thank her enough for all the knowledge she has given me along with getting me my first HOME!!!!

We went to an open house in Grand Prairie. Hilda Marquez was the host of the open house ( New Build). We walked in she was with a client didn’t acknowledge us at ALL! Which was somewhat understandable because she was busy with somebody.Well the client left and STILL didn’t acknowledged us at ALL!! She looked at us like we were some kind of peasants. My wife asked her a question and she replied with one word answer 🙄 We got done looking around the house, which was decent and had a minor detail issues. My Mother-in-law addressed the small details she didn’t like and this so called “ Realtor“ had the audacity to reply super RUDELY. Just with the little experience we had with her I don’t recommend her at all!!!!

My experience as a first time home buyer with Missy Starling started off great, but quickly descended.
Missy's communication skills, knowledge and due diligence as my realtor rapidly descended and became quite subpar.
I was provided with misinformation numerous times about the home I was purchasing, she became increasingly hard to get in touch with and would claim to not have seen my message even though her read receipts were on and I seen when she actually read them.
In my personal opinion she was not a great multi-tasker as she was committed to additional extracurricular activities that caused her to drop the ball with my first home buying experience without remorse.
She could not be at my closing and gave me her word to meet up afterwards and did not do so at all.
I can continue speaking on my less than enjoyable experience that every home owner should have however she was able to help me close on the home I wanted.
The lender she referred; David Floyd, saved my experience as he was knowledgeable, professional and stable. He actually sent me a pre-closing and closing gift but the greatest gift of all is him following up with me to provide me with tips and such post buying a home.
Due to my horrid experience with Missy, I do NOT recommend her as a realtor. I hope my dreadful experience was a one time blunder and it does not happen to any of her future clients.

I hired Raymond Boykin to sell my home in January and it was a terrible mistake. He told us that he had a a professional photographer and stager to help us get the house ready to be put on the market. We were shocked when his wife showed up with an iPhone and they posted unedited blurry photos of our home online. The listing also had multiple spelling errors. Ray and JP & Associates also lied and told the builder of my would be new home that there was a valid contract for the sale of my current home to get me into the new build when there wasn’t one. The builder ended up cancelling my contract for the new home because of their lies. STAY AWAY from these dishonest people and go with more reputable company.

⁰the gomez team are money hungry and rude. I called and inquired about a property in brownwood, tx that they bought for a fixer upper. It had been on the market for over 4 months at an asking price of $39900; they purchased it for $37500, but nothing had been done and for sale sign still in yard. I was interested prior to their purchase and called to see if they would be interested in selling without any redo. Brittany said she would talk to her husband and call back...that didnt happen. I called back and was told that they would be interested in selling because they had only seen the property twice and it was so far. I asked what they would ask for purchase and she asked what my offer would be. I explained that I was aware of the asking price, what they paid and offered $1000 profit over what they paid with nothing done to the property. Her husband was in the background and after a minute or two she came back and said $75000. I'm a senior wanting to be near my daughter who owns property in the country (10 miles away) and have lived in brownwood previously. The property in question has foundation and water damage; so your agents are more interested in scamming a potential customer than what your are in business for...providing people a home or business. Sorry, but windfall profits raise my blood pressure.

Would never recommend them again. We recently hired Kevin marks. He stated the he and his wife worked as a team. That was not the case. I was extremely mislead. He appeared to not understand what he was doing. This was a very frustrating experience..

LaToyia was amazing. Her negotiation skills landed us in a home we did not think we could afford.
