I recently signed my lease for fall 2024 in Liv+ arlington. Management has been great and friendly. Answered all my questions with a smile. Move-in was smooth, Lots of space for parking & cost only 20$ for a general parking and 40$ for priority. Update after 5 months ( during 1st 3 month of my stay my rent was around 770 for a 4b4b but for the past 2 months they have been charging me 820-830) disappointed.

I don’t live here but visit often. The parking garage is very dangerous and unsafe. People drive in the garage like it’s a race track. Better not pull out your parking spot slow you will possibly get clipped. Definitely need speed bumps.

Put in a high priority maintenance request for the dryer because it wasn’t drying clothes for a full cycle, kept cutting off. It says they came and fixed it but it isn’t fixed, still is doing the same thing and it took a little while for the first maintenance order to be done already becoming a hassle not being able to wash clothes really or having to come bandera every 5 min to push start again.

The roaches are big and plentiful! Be ready to share your space with the critters. The staff is unprofessional, the maintenance requests are delayed or ignored, the “amenities” are nasty and unusable.

Nice apartment and leasing office has professional people. Run to Josue and he will surely help you.

But becareful of immature neighbors, so much noise be prepared to sleep and spend the day with washer and dryer running throughout the night and day they act entitled to make noise for you!! Dragging of furniture is crazy. Nice apartment my only problem was noisy neighbors.

i love this place overall but i think they need to be more aware of the bug problem and roach issue.. i got in the shower came out and the biggest bug was on my wall.. not happy what so ever

I had a horrible experience. I moved in on 02/03/2025, and it took them **two weeks** to clean and prepare the apartment. However, when I finally moved in, I was shocked to find **roaches everywhere**—in my room, bathroom, kitchen, and all around the place. I'm paying **$1,100** for such a small room, and it’s just unacceptable. I would **never recommend** anyone to move here. It’s been a terrible experience.

I visited this property with my son , looking for a 2 bed 2 bathroom. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted at all, she was busy having a conversation with her friend who legs were propped up in the front office. I approached the leasing agent and asked were there any 2 bedrooms available she replied “I CANT HEAR YOU” in a nasty tone ! I then repeated myself she then said “WE DONT HAVE THAT” so as I was leaving my friend mentioned how rude she was to me , I guess she overheard the conversation. By this time we’re outside and she followed us outside to ask me what unit was I looking for again and then proceeds to say “AND WHAT YALL SAID ABOUT ME “ , I specifically said “I’m no longer interested in the property because of your attitude” She gets all upset and tries to argue with me about it . I told her I wasn’t arguing because my kid was there and I left ! This young lady is supposed to be a representation of your company so if this is how a visitor is treated imagine how the residents all treated. All I wanted was a place to stay not to be mistreated because someone is having a bad day at work . I also attached images of her walking away after I asked her several times to leave us be. I also called the property several times nobody has answered to deal with my complaint so I’ll leave it here!
